I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to be told when I arrived that they had no bread and could only offer a wrap instead. If they were out of bread, they should’ve contacted me right away so I could cancel or change my order — not wait until I showed up. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. Do better

Today is October 6, approx. 630pm I visited the store. Never again, bad enough they hire the slow but, this takes the cake . I watched them stand there while many were in line just looking back at us and then a worker came from the back to throw lettuce in the bin that was unused from the back left over to lettuce in the front bins. It was wonderful to see so I now can let the Health department know the handling of their food. DON'T
EAT HERE !

The first girl that took my order asked what I would like and verbally said large size. I had not said the size. Did she say that because I am a bigger guy? HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE? Any other location asks you what size you would like and if you want it Mike's way. NO, I told her to stop as she then suggested. THE next size down! I said NO! stop. Corrected her in the correct way to ask. I want the MINI. Then the next girl checked me out. I repeated my order. Paid, filled my drink. Then she asks me if I want it Mike's way. She could not remember the transaction we had 2 min. Before. The first worker failed to communicate with her, write the order down. This store is a mess. Worse then my last visit a month ago.

Management clearly lack training staff and keeping an eye on the Frontline workers.

I don't recommend this store at this time.

They still cut my sandwich when I asked them not too.

This may be just applicable when using Mobile app. Ordered and got a pickup time of an hour after time of actual order. Get there 5 minutes late and the order still wasn't ready, told it would be another 5 minutes. While waiting other mobile orders came in and was told the same thing. Food wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. Food was ok, typical sandwich. Actual area for eating was not very clean.

This place has really gone downhill. Whether you order in person or online you still have to wait a long time! They need more employees!! So frustrating.

AWFUL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

First off, this specific store, Enfield CT, is sooooo slow. The operation is so inefficient it causes extremely long wait times for both in person and mobile orders. There is only one slicer to service the large amount of mobile orders, which makes the line of in person customers have to wait even longer.

The staff move at a snail's pace all the time. I've worked in the food service industry and I can tell you that this place needs employees that MOVE. It's unbelievable to watch them work at such a slow pace when there is a long line waiting.

One reason why I even bother with this place is because they have Gluten Free rolls. I have Celiac and my options are usually limited so i do enjoy a nice grinder on a gluten free roll when I can. Tonight, 8/31/25, I waited in the store for 20 min until it was my turn, only to be told they didn't have any more gluten free rolls, they were all frozen. There was no sign posted to indicate this. As a result I was out of luck and starving.

I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's no matter what moving forward

They tell you to place an order online cause it's faster. But that is not the case. When you order online you are the LAST priority. Sitting waiting for my order while customers walk in order and then leave with their food before mine even gets made. Also don't order hot subs. Not sure why they offer them considering the employees HATE the grill. They wait till there's at least 4 hot sandwiches on order before they even start the grill. Be prepared to wait, and then wait some more, and then wait a little more.

A little mystified about the poor reviews, but I had a fantastic experience, getting a great sub with prompt and very friendly service, even though the place was busy.

Today was the third time I have been to Jersey Mike's in Enfield... The first time it took a long time to get the sandwich compared to most spots but I was talking with someone and really wasn't paying attention to what was going on in the store... The second time I went in after waiting about 15 minutes I walked out... I tried one more time today and stayed because I could not believe my eyes... Most of the staff except for one or two of the females were joking around inappropriately during a very busy time for the restaurant... I can't believe that if there was a manager on duty they would have allowed this to occur... After reading other reviews, I can't believe that the owner has not fired most of the staff and rehired people that want to work and care about their job. Sadly for the owner, this will be the last time I give this location a chance. Fool me twice, shame on me.... There will not be a third time.

The team at Jersey Mikes today in Enfield Ct were amazing! It was so busy but they got everyone served and made sure everyone was getting what they needed! They worked together so well and it’s always nice to see a team work flawlessly and efficiently. Well done Jersey Mikes Enfield! 👏

I know this place has a fan club and ppl really love it. I've been there twice now and both times the service was slow at best, mostly due to conversations happening between staff behind the counter or staff with customers they knew. The subs are so so, nothing to write home about, but not extremely bad, just so so.
