I come here a lot and to other Jersey mikes. This staff is so damn slow and works so inefficiently. I watch them over and over again shoot themselves in the foot and take 5 times longer to do something that should be quick. They’re always obnoxiously busy and have a line. But they’re incompetence makes it so much worse and makes the line go out the door

Horrible time here today.Online ordering states it will take between 10-15mins to receive the food. Once the order was placed, it noted 40 minutes. True time it took me, an HOUR AND A HALF.After standing there for 40 plus minutes and asking twice for the status, I went to cancel my order...they found they had made it over 30mins prior and never put it into a bag.Got my food and it had hair in it.This is one of the worst food experiences I have ever had and I will never return and tell everyone I know to never go.

Food is good but over and over I order an hour in advance, so I can get to work on time, and they have NEVER had it ready. I got here today, five minutes after the time stated, and they had even started it yet. The guy making the pick up orders keeps talking to his friends.

I’ve been to several Jersey Mikes over the yrs and this one has the worst staff. The sub was assembled sloppy and rushed, it wasn’t even that busy. The girl making the sub forgot the oil and vinegar so it was too dry to finish. I was going to return it but what’s the use when you see a staff like Enfield Jersey Mikes the return would be met with sarcasm and blame on the customer. I will never return to the Enfield location. This review is the truth so help me god.

Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment to discuss a CT scan and found out I have cancer in my kidney. And that still was second on the list of most disappointing things I experienced yesterday after having a Jersey Mike's Italian Sub. I wish they would remove Jersey from the name and just got with Mike's because our hoagies are not like that. My wife's Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak was just a ton of blue cheese and Frank's Red Hot. And the nerve to charge 10-11 bucks for a half a hoagie. Being from the South Jersey shore myself, this is offensive and an affront to all of us from the area. I should have gone to Chick-Fil-A, but no, my wife says "Just try it, maybe it's good and you can have hoagies again". Wrong. Hoagies are back off the menu. Service was slower than snail dung and the atmosphere was clean, at least there were pictures of home, sort of.

Moved here from Nashville and oh my!!! What a difference. Not sure if they know what they are doing at this location. I was a general manager as well in the food industry and this place is in trouble. No welcoming to a customer. No how can we help you. You MUST talk to them first even if you are picking up and order. I arrived one time and saw a line to the door. I felt bad for the employees so I sat around and waited for my mobile pick up. I stood there for 15 minutes and no one said a word to me. I watched as customer after customer left the line and store. The workers were defeated already. They were trying but had no urgency or leadership. I felt bad for the customers and workers. Left without food!

The food is great but as far as service and time management within this establishment is a disaster waiting to implode. There is no reason it should take 1.5 hours to receive a doordash order from this establishment that is poor low quality service. Even coming inside to order is a worst nightmare case for someone who suffers with social anxiety.

When I walked into Jersey Mike's recently, there were only two customers ahead of me on the line, but there were about five other customers in the front of the store, waiting to pick up their online orders. So the place was fairly busy. The store seems to operate as an assembly-line operation, with the first employee taking your order and then slicing the meat and cheese and putting it on the bread. Next, another person puts on the condiments (tomato, lettuce, mayo, etc.), and then wraps up the sandwich in paper. A third person mans the cash register. The problem is, that the second person could not keep up with the first person, creating a backlog of sandwiches ready to be completed. Part of the reason for this is because the employees were busy chatting or joking around with each other (about non-work-related stuff), and every time the the second person on the assembly line wanted to answer another employee, she would stop working and turn around to face whoever she was talking to at the time. In other words, she was not very focused on her job, and, therefore, took a longer time assembling the sandwiches. The most troubling thing, however, was the fact that while the sandwiches were being made, the employees placed paper receipts on top some sandwiches and on the cutting board. Sometimes food would fall and land on top of the receipts, and the worker just picked the food up and threw it back into the sandwich. The problem is that health experts have found that 93% of paper receipts are toxic thermal paper, coated with the chemicals bisphenol A (BPA) or bisphenol S (BPS), which our bodies can absorb when we come in contact with them with our hands. The same thing can happen when we ingest food that has been in contact with these receipts.Studies have shown that BPA is known to produce many harmful effects on health, including reproductive and developmental abnormalities, diabetes, thyroid conditions, and increased susceptibility to cancer.I seriously hope that Jersey Mike's will stop this practice of allowing paper receipts to touch food, or the hands of workers who are handling the food. Your customers' health is at stake.

Delicious subs, great people! A little pricier than Subway, but 1000x better! It is very apparent that the bread and other ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Lien and team are always friendly and professional. We drive 40 min every Sunday specifically for a Jersey Mikes sub… that should tell you all you need to know.
