Been going here since the 1980s, when the original Jimmy Balis owned the place. Was a loyal patron through a few different ownership changes and staff.
With the third or fourth set of owners, the only positive thing to come of it was the expansion and remodel; the food and service had already been on the decline among the changing of owners but this last time, it has turned from friendly, neighborhood historical bar with authentic food to a place that wants to be more of a night club in a place where a night club doesn't even belong.
Rest in peace, Deanna. I think it also sad that Jimmy's doesn't even recognize a household name that worked there for so long.

First time visit. Pleased with the wings. They have a lot of flavors and fried them hard like I like. From what I can tell there's only 1 unisex bathroom. Parking isn't great. I saw a few people scouting for a spot.

If you're a local, like it or not, some point in your twenties you ended up here. Since the pandemic, they've really cleaned up the place, updated it and made it classier. It used to be very much a divy bar, but times change. On the weekend they used to have karaoke and a DJ. It's a good place to hang out with friends and you can get food next door Pizza, grinders and other food delivered to your table If you get there early enough.

Great spot for a beer and pub food or a pasta dish. Only problem is constant country music that ruins the cozy vibe the owners have clearly worked very hard to create. There is a touchtunes machine but it has been shut off in favor of lukewarm pop country songs so it's hard to spend a long time here.
