Eat at your own risk here. I bit into a nugget and broke several teeth. Worse off the manager didn’t report it properly because he wasn’t a good manager. Then a new manager lied me thru to pretend he wasn’t helping and then did nothing. So if you want broken teeth this is the place To subject your children to broken teeth. Whatever the reason for the bone or plastic pieces in the nuggets?? I can’t tell You. I can telll you I will never eat at this horrible restaurant again and I suggest you never bring your kids here for nuggets. I said I didn’t want to sue I just wanted my teeth fixed. And now? They disregard me. They don’t send me to a dentist. The manager even lied to me saying it would be handled and it wasn’t. Prepare for the biggest lawsuit you can imagine. Whatever it is I hope they hold the owner and that manager personally responsible for my o texted tongue and sensitive teeth effecting every meal for the last 8 months. The owner can’t be a human. He must be a complete jerk. He has to be. No way a human would let this happen to one of their customers and DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I’m left with broken teeth that make my tongue get infected and it’s gotten worse. This happened 9/11 of 2024. They have strung me along for THAT LONG and then ended up doing NOTHING about it. So EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DONT BRING YOUR KODS THERE. UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS. GOD FORBID A CHILD GETS HURT. THESE PEOPLE ARE INHUMANE. UNAMERICAN.

Fr a bunch of hard workers, There was a long line and for my mobile order I asked for extra m&ms on my mcflurry. Not only did I get extra, the guy took the time to layer them. I don't know his name but thank you, for going out of your way I know people were being rude that day

I've been ordering that this McDonald's every day for 2 months for my lunch break. I order on the app too I make sure I order early 1220 because my lunch break is 1230. And they're right down the street 5 minutes away. It takes me to 12:50 to get my food. They lose my order everyday and make me late coming back to Work.. I'm gonna stop eating there because i'm gonna get Firedfor coming back so late from my lunch break

Unbelievably mis-managed location. Orders take forever, are frequently missing items or wrong. Staff is rude and doesn't care at all. Needs a complete overhaul starting with the management.

Great food long lines and a Lil bit of a wait deliveries has gotten my order wrong 1 or twice
Food is cold/old every single time. The burgers never come with onions, even when you ask for them. The service is slow but I’m sure it’s because they’re always short staffed at night. The people working there are nice but the rest of the place is just sad. I rather go to a different town to get McDonald’s because with them raising prices, I should at least get fries that don’t taste like old feet.

Food, 4, because it's McDonald's, however I actually like the quarter pounders, and the chicken nuggets if made recently and fries only if hot. Atmosphere, I only do drive through and they provide a garbage can at the end of the drive through line which I like. Service, never had an issue. As a matter of fact, I think it's the best thing they have here. I can't say enough about the friendliness and positive attitude from the drive through window, I'd hire the employee working there on a Tuesday closing shift in my restaurant anyday, she was awesome. I've only been here after 8pm fyi. This is my favorite Enfield McDonald's.

Double cheeseburger... no onions at all! When did McDonald's stop pouring onions on it? Small fry, not fully cooked or hot. Haven't even moved here yet and won't be back to this one. Food prices are outrageous for cold, half cooked, missing ingredients!
