Food, 4, because it's McDonald's, however I actually like the quarter pounders, and the chicken nuggets if made recently and fries only if hot. Atmosphere, I only do drive through and they provide a garbage can at the end of the drive through line which I like. Service, never had an issue. As a matter of fact, I think it's the best thing they have here. I can't say enough about the friendliness and positive attitude from the drive through window, I'd hire the employee working there on a Tuesday closing shift in my restaurant anyday, she was awesome. I've only been here after 8pm fyi. This is my favorite Enfield McDonald's.

Double cheeseburger... no onions at all! When did McDonald's stop pouring onions on it? Small fry, not fully cooked or hot. Haven't even moved here yet and won't be back to this one. Food prices are outrageous for cold, half cooked, missing ingredients!

Slower than molasses here. I've been twice in a couple weeks. Once for myself and the second time for me and my 3 kids. First time by myself 15 minute was absurd for fast food but I let it go. 2nd time with me and kids 25 minutes wad bullshit. It's fast food. I was pissed to pay 50 bucks for fast food that didn't go fast.

Now I know this is McDonald’s we’re talking about & I shouldn’t complain. However my attitude is free & I should’ve gotten a free burger. Anyways I get to the window, i had a code it was 8682 to be exact. I get my free medium fry, my medium Dr Pepper & a double cheeseburger with ONLY KETCHUP. I drive off w my food, get all comfy in bed to see they gave me a double cheeseburger with just ONIONS. No it’s not a big deal but this get better stick w me. I went back & told them my order wasn’t right. I explained I wanted just ketchup nothing else vs what I received. I gave the girl at the window the burger BACK, (yes they took it), and she confirmed it’s supposed to be with ONLY KETCHUP. A couple minutes later, she hands me a burger wrapped of course. I then park to check it… bruh tell me how she gave me the same exact burger that I just gave back??? It was a lil different tho, I’ll give them that. This time they added ketchup. They were kind enough to keep the onions & add a little more to it as well? This is your sign to eat at home❤️

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered the food was stale and cold the hamburger bun was hard as a rock and tasted like it had been sitting all afternoon the fries were soggy and ice cold even though the worker was going to make me new ones I threw the entire meal in the garbage terrible would never eat there again and I'm a contractor and eat on the road quite often.

Don't go here!! They make everyone pull up after they placed the order. First they handed me the wrong order. Then I was handed my order with cold fries. Terrible service. They tried to serve me old dried up cold fries. I went back in and got my money back.

This location is always slow. Counters always empty. Rude. Foods never right. Teenagers screaming behind the counter in the kitchen. Manager never to be found or out sitting in the lobby watching them struggle. Playscape is cool but order via the app very ahead if you have hungry kids.

Was sold an item on the McDonalds app. Got to the store to pick up my order and was told they didn’t have any. Was then told to contact McDonalds corporate for the refund and they told me the store will contact me for the refund. Was never contacted. ZERO customer service on both corporate and franchise side. Strongly suggest avoiding this establishment.
