About the best McDonald's is main st Springfield. Others that I've visited is like reheated old burgers and two day old coffee.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I placed a large order for my family and almost everything was wrong. When I went inside to let them know and showed the missing items, instead of apologizing, the staff just grabbed the food back from me with attitude. No apology, no sense of responsibility.
As someone who worked in fast food for over 10 years, I know basic customer service — you never take food back from a customer after a mistake, especially without a single apology. While I waited for them to fix the order, I watched the employees fooling around instead of moving quickly to correct their error.
Very unprofessional. If you’re running a business, take care of your customers and train your staff better. A simple apology and some respect goes a long way.

I mobile ordered two iced coffees with whip cream and caramel drizzle. The curmudgeon older woman with the red hair was making my coffees. Her coworker reminded her about the whip cream and caramel to which she loudly and passive aggressively responded: “THIS IS NOT DUNKIN.” I received my drinks 70% filled with deflated whip and no caramel. I would be more understanding if she had a line of customers waiting but there was no one waiting. Whenever I go here in the evenings before my overnight shift and this employee is on, she is rude and clearly does not care about her job. I am disheartened that she was so inconsiderate, bitter and unprofessional. I was getting the coffees tonight for myself and my coworker who had a terrible shift. At least we can share our 70% filled coffees before I start my double!

I went here tonight trying to order food. The mobile app wasn't working. So I went through drive through the night crew is absolutely horrid, barely speak English. Don't understand simple questions. When asked all I wanted was some information as to why the mobile app wasn't working. And If I could use my points at drive thru to order food, they couldn't answer a simple question, and when I tried to get an answer, they stopped talking. And completely ignored me. The entire night crew needs to be replaced because this is not my first horrible experience with them. It's either they don't understand English or don't actually care cause there's no management at night they're always blaring music so loud that you can hear it over the intercom, and when you get to the window you can't really hear them talking to you over their music. This McDonald's in particular is absolutely horrible and the night crew needs to be replaced immediately.

Alice is the best worker ever he made this Alice. He made his bun like his leg, depended on it during the tragic thunderstorm, and I appreciate it.
His mother Gisele is so sweet and she has a great service. He is really nice and he should get a promotion and a free burger us girls love workers like that thank you for your fast food service.

Ordered a big mac, with extra sauce, extra pickles. I received regular cheese burger buns, with two bottom buns and absolutely nothing in between the bottom two buns. I was incredibly annoyed that i had to drive back to have it re-done. The manager was incredibly polite, apologetic and remade it for me. I understand he can't supervise all orders, but he shouldn't have to for staff to do their tasks.

This is a grocery store. Reasonable prices and very nice cashiers
Its 2am. 4 workers inside. Everyone ignoring the window. No one wearing a headset to know if anyones at the drive thru. Finally get their attention after multiple cars drive off. Then the lady at window says she is new when she is always here at 2am. Giving us the same story that the manager is sick in the bathroom everytime. Then she gives us a stupid excuse that she doesnt know how to make a frappe when she makes it every time we are here. This place is a joke. Dont come when its after 2nd shift.

If you use your points here double check to make sure you have the item, they won't refund your points or give you the item. Don't go here go to any other locations. You can see the mccrispy I got from here which had inedible plastic inside of it. Truly disgusting.
