This location might be the best in town from what I’m reading! Haven’t been to the others! I like this one! Food is always fresh! However, they need to fix the microphone or something in the drive through. I feel the person running the drive through sometimes has a hard time hearing people.

The WORST McDonald's coffee I've had to date. (6+ years nationwide)
First, long wait to have my order taken
Second, crew refused to indicate half-caff
3rd, a full INCH of grounds in the bottom of the cup.

I spent 45 minutes in the drivee thru to not have a single car move up your staff and your kids is trash but you'll change me 20 dollars for a mcchicken a fry and a drink

Just waited 40 mins in their drive thru. Thought something was wrong or just too many big orders. Nope. Get to the window to see the employees joking around and smiling. I know this rating won't make any impact since the franchise owner could care less about loosing a customer but if they happen to read this... you should consider how much business is lost when your drive thru backs up so much.

Went there for a cheeseburger with big mac sause. Got all the way home to find cheese on a plain burger. Drove all the way back to get home and open my cheeseburger to find cheese and big Mac sause.NO PICKLES NO KETCHUP NO ONIONS. 2 TRIPS AND I COULDNT GET ANYTHING BUT CHEESE AND MAC SAUSE!!!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Doesn't matter what I get it's either wrong or cold or burnt. Absolutely not worth the prices you're charging. I'll be lunching at Burger King from now on; this McDonald's is closer to my work, but they consistently are HORRIBLE!

This place is so slow it’s ridiculous it’s supposed to be fast food. I waited in the drive-through line for five minutes did not get served. Nobody took my order. I left whenever I attempt to go here. I always make sure that there’s no other cars in the drive-through because if there are, they’ll ask you to either pull up or pull up to side every time To wait for your food there.This place is poorly managed.

Shut this whole place down. I should have knew this place was a disaster when the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Lucky me though I ordered thru the app 10 mins before I got there. Walked in and only 2 employees were working, nobody at the register. Lady working at the register walked out the bathroom drying her hands on her shirt. Took them 5 mins on top of me ordering 10 mins ahead to finish making the food. All for me to throw it out because I don’t know if their food was expired but it didn’t pass the smell test. And of course I can get my money back because I ordered through the app. Get rid of the crackheads and hire some young kids that want to work!!

Every McDonalds has rough reviews. But many have improved and are consistent, and serve hot and fresh food. This was, unfortunately not the case here.

We were most impressed with the two employees we interacted with as they were happy and knowledgeable. We ordered a large 2 cheeseburger meal. The fries were mushy, and we made our own drink. The burgers were requested without onion and PERFECT! We ordered two hamburgers which were fine…

Then, the purpose of our visit.. 2 hot fudge sundaes, that are now, $4.50 each. One had roughly 1 tsp of hot fudge and the other about a tbsp…and we asked for the little bag of nuts and the lady went to ask, returning to say, we don’t do that anymore. So, $9.00…for roughly 1/2 cup of vanilla soft serve?

My issue, why is it that businesses no longer have a menu on the wall, showing ALL their products and depicting the cost and what it comes with? Is anyone noticing this trend? As if we are just expected to know…making it easier to deny its existence or availability after we pay and receive something other than, for example, a hot fudge sundaes?

20 mins wait in Drive thru, finally got up to speaker and no one was answering either side. Lines of customers. I would have gone somewhere else but I already paid via app. Unable to get refund because no one was operating drive thru. I refused to go inside. Decided to charge back on card and call it a day.

No idea what is going on here.
