Came through the drive through this morning and the two people I interacted with were very patient, kind, and professional. They were both very young and I know it’s not easy to come to work on a Saturday morning and provide great service, but they did. Shout out to Mason and the other kid with the nose piercing working cash!

Absolute trash employee interactions from beginning to long, drawn out end. Watched car after car go through first drive through speaker while we waited and waited to be acknowledged at the second speaker. One guy asked if we were using the mobile app, we said no and then he never spoke again. Had to get another employee's attention so we could actually order. Pulled up to pay, used a card, easy enough. Then was asked "what did you order?". What did we just pay for if you don't know what we ordered?? He had to walk away to go find a receipt somewhere else, gave us our drink and then asked us to pull into a spot to wait for the two chicken sandwiches. Do you know how long we waited in that spot for two sandwiches? Literally 21 minutes and they STILL didn't come out with the food! I had to go inside to inquire, waited at the counter for seemingly no reason until I was finally acknowledged by one of the several employees who clearly couldn't care less and was asked AGAIN "what did you order?". Are you kidding me?! Please, do yourself a favor and never waste your time on this place.

Terrible service. Waited in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes and not be acknowledged the entire time this is the place for you. I figured i must be getting fresh food because i was waiting for some time for a medium fry and a mcdouble but i was sadly mistaken. The only thing fresh i got was an attitude and thats it. My frys were cold and tasted like they've been sitting since lunch. My burger was thrown in the trash and I went to burger king across the way for hot food without the wait and an attitude. At minimum have a conversation with your customers rather then your coworks meanwhile ignoring the paying customer!! Bad for business and No i dont recommend this McDonald's!!

Everytime I get fast food I ask for it fresh, and they tell me to go to the curb and forget me there for 15minutes straight they’ve done this 3 times.! Just trash costumer service. How do you forget your costumer

The WORST McDonald’s in Enfield. I’ve only been able to eat here once out of the 5-10 times I’ve tried to. They can never get the app codes right, try to over charge me, and service is absolute TRASH every single time that I end up leaving after ordering my food and getting to the window to pay. Out of the 5-10 McDonald’s in the town, this place shouldn’t even be your last resort. You’re better off going to another town if every single one is closed aside from this one in Enfield.
