This experience at this McDonald’s location was terrible if I could give a zero star I would. I am not the type of person to ever complain or leave reviews at any establishment but this McDonald’s location was terrible. I set a mobile order for 12 PM. I didn’t end up getting my food until 1255. We sat in the line for over 20 minutes until we finally chose to go inside and talk to an employee. Then I was told that I needed to go back outside and wait in the drive-through even though I had already waited 20+ minutes and then another employee with blonde hair and who was clearly heavy set says “ oh well, it’s not like it’s gonna move any faster it’s gonna take the same amount of time” with lots of attitude hoping that I wasn’t gonna hear him, but I definitely did and said other remarks under his breath that I could clearly hear as he proceeded to talk to every other coworker that was doing their job except for him. He kept on talking to all the other employees who were doing their job asking them what they’re doing or if they were gonna order food while I was sat there waiting for my order that took an hour to finally come out. And on top of that after waiting an hour for a milkshake, fries and two McChicken‘s the milkshake wasn’t even properly made. We ordered a vanilla milkshake and we got a milkshake that had brown colors at the bottom of the milkshake and it was just barely white at the top. I’m not sure of the name of the boy but whomever he is definitely needs some form of consequences for his poor service, communication, etc. mind you as all of this is going on inside of the store only one car that I had seen in the drive-through previously had been served their food.

Placed an order at 9:06PM tonight on the app, got in line, waited in line and am just receiving my order at 9:33. Watched four people leave the drive thru line. This is the poorest and slowest experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. Neither of the two teenagers working cared about the inconvenience their snails pace created. Not an apology or even acknowledgement. What a pre-Thanksgiving treat.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had a McDonalds. BigMac, Double Cheeseburger and Apple pie were ice cold. Fries were fine.

This store is in sad shape. I worked there when it first opened years and years ago it was way better off. You will wait in line for 20-40 mins in drive throu most times and if they’re really busy maybe even longer. They always get orders wrong, I asked for a deluxe mc crispy a couple times there it comes with mayo lettuce and tomato. 3 times they missed tomato and it’s not like a huge deal but you pay more fore deluxe sandwiches and their workers can’t even get that right 😂 like i know you work at McDonald’s and may hate it or can’t do anything else but it ain’t hard guys. Also tonight when I went in right after getting my food because I check it now the blonde women working sandwich station whispered to the manager I think he was and it better have been I’m sorry I messed up but doubt that like what am I doing chucking the tomato out the window so I can go into your sticky floor, dirty store and have to waste my time to correct your mistake I paid money for. I don’t know what she said to him but it was a sneaky whisper. You need new employees and management. Awful

We hosted a birthday party here. The manager, Brandon, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! The party went fabulously. The staff were helpful and prompt and the over all experience was excellent. Thank you!

The reason they only got one star and one star for food is because the price should reflect the quality. What is cheese made out of gold now. They charge 1.69 for a slice of cheese. I don't think any more has to be said than that. Not only that but they're hiding their health department review that should be posted for the guests to see it. Not available upon request. How long does it take to get an employee from McDonald's to recognize you. How long does it take just to get your food.

Out of all McDonald’s I’ve been to this one is the worst, I have given many chances and yet I always leave unsatisfied. I order the same thing every time I go, 2 burgers with no onion or mustard , and everytime there’s always onions on it, and sometimes there’s even onion and mustard on it. I also am highly dissatisfied with the time it takes to receive my food as this is not a busy store and usually no one else is there when I order. It’s always dirty, and the workers are usually on there phones unaware of people in the store who need assistance. I have sat in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes before I just left. I would love to see some change.

Absolute garbage service. No speaker in the drive thru and only 1 of 3 windows taking orders. Me and 2 others cars left after 15 mibs of just waiting to get our order taken. Mind you full staff inside. With a sign in the drive through stating face to face service. As if I needed to add a whole 15-20 minute wait to a drive thru order.

Door says 5 am, drive through says 5am. Arrived at 530 to get a coffee. Multiple employees inside, ignored us at the drive through. Wife and 6 year old son attempted to go in the lobby to use the bathroom, and the doors are still locked. My son knocked on the door as one of the employees looked right then and turned the other way.

After this experience and reading the other reviews, honestly just close to place. 🤷🏻‍♂️
