We hosted a birthday party here. The manager, Brandon, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! The party went fabulously. The staff were helpful and prompt and the over all experience was excellent. Thank you!

The reason they only got one star and one star for food is because the price should reflect the quality. What is cheese made out of gold now. They charge 1.69 for a slice of cheese. I don't think any more has to be said than that. Not only that but they're hiding their health department review that should be posted for the guests to see it. Not available upon request. How long does it take to get an employee from McDonald's to recognize you. How long does it take just to get your food.

Out of all McDonald’s I’ve been to this one is the worst, I have given many chances and yet I always leave unsatisfied. I order the same thing every time I go, 2 burgers with no onion or mustard , and everytime there’s always onions on it, and sometimes there’s even onion and mustard on it. I also am highly dissatisfied with the time it takes to receive my food as this is not a busy store and usually no one else is there when I order. It’s always dirty, and the workers are usually on there phones unaware of people in the store who need assistance. I have sat in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes before I just left. I would love to see some change.

Absolute garbage service. No speaker in the drive thru and only 1 of 3 windows taking orders. Me and 2 others cars left after 15 mibs of just waiting to get our order taken. Mind you full staff inside. With a sign in the drive through stating face to face service. As if I needed to add a whole 15-20 minute wait to a drive thru order.

Door says 5 am, drive through says 5am. Arrived at 530 to get a coffee. Multiple employees inside, ignored us at the drive through. Wife and 6 year old son attempted to go in the lobby to use the bathroom, and the doors are still locked. My son knocked on the door as one of the employees looked right then and turned the other way.
After this experience and reading the other reviews, honestly just close to place. 🤷🏻♂️

I placed my order on the kiosk at 220pm today, then realized I needed to pay cash, stood my the register for almost ten minutes while no one came to take an orders or nothing. Also the drive thru is face to face which is bullshit cause if i wanted face to facd id just go insidNever come here, never coming back service is terrible

Used the app, ordered two mcchickens only pickle, used points to get a free 6 pc nugget, nugget happy meal with apples not fries med Dr Pepper large Dr Pepper, two bbq packets. I got a happy meal with fries no apple slices, no mcchickens at all and the dr peppers and bbq packets. I used the app so I checked that I didn’t mess up, wow McDonald’s charged me 20$, I got robbed and I’m still hungry with an unhappy 4yr old. Wont visit another McDonald location they’re added to the growing list

Every time i go here, something is wrong. This last trip will be my last. Ordered 4 cheeseburgers. 2 with extra pickles, 2 plain. The tags on the burgers were correct to my order. I open them, and all 4 are regular burgers. No plain, no extra pickles. Waste of time and money. Dipping sauces are never in the bag either.
Food was decent. Chicken sandwich was slightly overdone.

Worst McDonald's i have legitimately ever been to, on multiple occasions I have gone here and gotten a completely raw burger, and tonight was one of the nights, but the fries were over done (waaayyy overdone) they forgot our nuggets, and both of our burgers were fully raw. If you think of going here don't unless you want raw burgers and forgotten food
