I went to pick up my order, and the guy said they don't have any tofu, and nothing was prepared (which was just as well since I'd have rejected it without tofu anyway). No communication -- and the guy claimed he had no way of communicating. So nothing for dinner. I had to scramble to come up with something else, creating a significant delay. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's completely unacceptable. I'm sorry to say, that I'm all set with Moe's. I won't be giving them any more of my business.

Do they ever actually have anything available? Order in door dash and then they start to make it and tell the dasher we don’t have chicken or lettuce or large containers. Like how do you even function lol it’s a joke

Food was decent service was okay atmosphere was fine however they may have been short-staffed and the dining area was dirty, garbage was overflowing, and everything behind the counter and that the drink station seemed a mess. Learn to clean as you work would be helpful.

Went to get food an hour before close and they were packing all the food up an refused to acknowledge us. We waited for a few minutes for someone to say something and ask what we wanted, but nothing, they were too "busy" closing.

I was accused of stealing/scamming by an employee. I ordered online for pickup around 6pm on 1/25/25, when I went into the store I realized that there were a few small items missing before even leaving the store. No problem, I went to ask an employee for the items and she said I had to pay for them if I wanted them. I explained that I did pay for them online but they weren’t in the bag. She reiterated that I would have to pay or else she wouldn’t give them to me. After some back and forth, she checked my receipt and realized that she was wrong and that I had already paid for the items. She only gave me one of each item when there was 2 of each in the order and became very mad when I had to ask her for the other ones. Another employee had to step in to help me, she was much nicer and gave me everything I needed with no problems. The skinny white younger woman has a real problem with doing her job it seems, or maybe she saw me and assumed I was not a paying customer because of my appearance, despite the fact that I had just received my order from her. Either way, if this is how she acted over some drink cups and extra sauces, I can’t imagine how she would have acted if she messed up a whole entree or something of actual value lol. I will not be coming back to this location, it’s only a bit farther to another one and I’ve never been accused of scamming them at that location… not worth the trouble.

Let me start off by saying the young man Dom made me an amazing burrito and his service all around was fantastic. It's nice to go to a place where the employees are friendly and have a smile on their faces. I just want to say that young man deserves a raise cause his service was great all around!!!

Waiting for 40 min just to place our order even with 4 staff on the line was not what I expected everyone was going one pace 0 pace will not be going back

Disappointing
The restaurant was out of cheese, bacon, and Coke. Got a stack and it was made with an open back (rather than putting another tortilla shell there) making a big mess. The chips were undercooked .

I do not think it is sanitary to serve the food on the tray without a plate. They just put wax paper on top of the tray and then your food. A plate would be better.
