Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Enfield, CT location……Jasmine was out server and she was great! Polite, attentive and such a breathe of fresh air! Food was great too! Would come back to have her as our server anytime!! Thank you, your kindness and courteous service was greatly appreciated!! This was the last night of our honey moon before going back to work. Made it that much more wonderful!

I refrain from chain restaurants. Rgis place is never on my list for dinner but a friend like it. The food is way too salty. It makes the food unbearable. Salt can be added by the diner if they need more.

I ordered take out, as we do a lot. We found the food enjoyable and plentiful. Olive Garden takes heat for "not being real Italian food." It is what it is. There are plenty of Italian/ Greek places to eat. The Olive Garden employs a decent amount of people and provides a comfortable atmosphere and pretty good food. If you don't particularly like them, don't go. No need to put a place down, as others probably find it to be just fine.

Food was fantastic. That’s not the problem.
We were sat, party of 2, around 5:10 on Saturday the 11 at table 51. We sat for about 15 minutes while our server helped the table in front of us, ignored us, and when a party of 4 was sat behind us she immediately when to take their order. I had to find a different server and explain the situation. She (Michelle) was incredibly helpful and became our server for the evening, even though she had a full section on the complete other side of the restaurant. When The girl who was supposed to be our server noticed, she then kept coming over trying to take our order. It’s like there was no communication between the two BUT I watched Michelle tell her she was taking us AND had informed the manager.
We also had to ask 3 times for a drink refill (not from Michelle, others who brought food or took plates through the meal) before a manager walked by and we had to ask her for our drink.
Again, food was fantastic, Michelle was an angel, but it was such an uncomfortable and confusing experience.
Our original server was also very rude to the hosts, AND the other tables in our section had to seek out a manager as well for issues.
Bottom line, if we come back we will make sure we are not “served” by her.

The food was blander than I remember, not awful, but some garlic and butter and extra sauce could have went a long way. Our server Lelani was so sweet and efficient and bubbly, she was the best part of our lunch. It is my birthday so I got a free dessert which was very nice and delicious 😋 The Calamari and that sauce that cane with it was Great!!

one of the worst welcomes I have ever received, it was 9pm, the hostess welcomed us nervously and huffing, we ordered for two, my dishes arrived more than 20 minutes late while my girlfriend had already finished eating, no apologies or anything, if there is a manager in this place he should teach the dining room staff something, if you don't want to seat people by 10 as it says on your website, close early, horrible experience that I will never repeat, there is nothing Italian about this place starting from the welcome ending in a disaster from start to finish.

We hadn't been to OG in about 30 years. Great staff. Elijah, our waitress was awesome. I observed All the servers helped one another. The only thing we noticed a difference in taste was the bread sticks. For some reason they were very dry, when we recalled they used to be very buttery. Service was fast, correct, and food was piping 🔥!

Kid-friendliness: Kids sitting on both sides of us. Thankfully they all were well behaved 😊
