Our server was James. We went there to celebrate my Birthday. He was Amazing. Took great care of our group. We even brought a cake and he sang to me. Highly recommend James as a server at the Enfield, CT location

We came to The Olive Garden a party of 25 celebrating a family reunion and we could not have had better service! Our servers, Andrew and Alijah (sp?), were so pleasant and attentive to our needs! We cannot give them enough praise for the way they handled such a large group. Our food all came out at the same time, nice and hot. Amazing job!

It felt old. But the server was excellent. The food was sent out in very small portions. Funny the children’s pasta portions were literally larger than the adults.

They sat me and my daughter in the back of the restaurant with a faulty machine for over 40 minutes came and serviced every table around us and not once even with the red blinking light came over to assist. Maybe it’s because we’re black, who’s to say but absolutely distasteful

We were seated quickly but the service was mediocre at best. It was as though they were avoiding our table. We had to constantly watch for our server because we couldn't get drinks refilled, weren't asked about bread sticks, and we were never asked how things were or if it was correct. When the server did come (when ordering and then when we flagged them down for a refill), they sounded annoyed and completely uninterested. The soups were cold and bland. I'm guessing they expect you to put salt in it from the table because it was not seasoned at all.As for the entrees, don't order the carbonara. It was not even a carbonara, and whatever it was can only be called disgusting. It tasted like some kind of over-aged gorgonzola in a slimy alfredo sauce that was separating into one part oil one part solid cheese. Seriously, carbonara is simple and isn't difficult to make. This was nothing like carbonara, and it belonged in a garbage bin rather than on a menu.We wanted to say something about how inedible the carbonara was but after someone (who was not the server) brought out our entrees, the server didn't come back until long after we were ready to leave. The other entre was eggplant parmigiana, which was better than the carbonara, but still tasted bland, was watery, and the three slices of eggplant were far too thin than to warrant the $18.The one bite of carbonara made my partner sick, so we wanted to just leave as quickly as possible, and the best thing about our meal ended up being the little kiosk that lets you pay at the table and leave.

We ordered teramisa and coffee at the establishment, everything is fine, but here is pasta with seafood for takeout, there are complaints. It is much tastier with shrimp! and what they added seems to be squid is completely unnecessary! but this is for an amateurThere was no pepper, tomato, or cucumber in the salad, but there were onions cut into large pieces and lettuce leaves of inadequate quality. They didn't put garlic bread at all.She remained disappointedSorry I can't add a photo

Not what it once was, sadly with corporate greed, the quality of food and ingredients suffers greatly.

2 stars is because a woman walking back to the kitchen stuck her hand in a cup of cherries and ate them, no gloves. The person that did it should have known better, it violates ServSafe and the board of health rules, and it's gross! It was done in such a way that I have a feeling (I could be wrong, but doubt it) that this person does it a lot. Food was good but now I'm wondering who else is sampling food. Unsure how many other things this person has touched and what other surfaces they had Thier hands on.
