Although they did not have the Veterans Day special (free bagel and coffee), the asst manager Beth went above and beyond to provide excellent service and offered the free bagel and coffee to a veteran… will definitely return here on another occasion…

Got a Cesar salad last night for dinner. Was disappointed with the salad. A lot of the white part of the lettuce was in it. There was not a lot of green lettuce. I even had the white core part that you take out in my salad. For the price I think we need to do better with these salads. More green lettuce less white.

My elderly husband and I came in at 7pm out of the rain and after a long drive. We were hungry. After purchasing just over $35.00 on sandwiches and a soup, I requested some extra dip for the large French Dipper sandwich and was refused by both an employee AND the restaurant manager. I was told I could purchase a soup to use as dip, but no additional dip would be given to me. The large French Dipper sandwich came with a cup filled 1/3 of the way, barely enough to dip HALF the sandwich. What a shame to be both shorted dip AND refused more to enjoy the sandwich as it was designed to be eaten and enjoyed. Very disappointing!

Great drinks & food, but MOST DIFFICULT drive-thru to enter. Silly.
And OF COURSE....Panera is the only drive-thru chain that lets people order full meals and hold up the line, instead of asking them to pull forward when they have to make a steak dinner or
complicated order. Every other chain asks people to move forward.

Some of the service here is nice. I usually just get a soda, and I either do some video editing here or go through the drive-thru. My one problem and the reason I’m not giving five stars is the service. Sometimes I meet nice people, but some employees are very disrespectful. I’ve encountered three employees who were rude.

Whenever I go through the drive-thru and say hi, one person quietly says, “Okay,” which felt very rude. The next time I tried the same greeting, another employee said “Okay” quietly again. I thought maybe I was saying it wrong, so I tried going inside. No, not inside—I went through the drive-thru and said, “Hi, I’m part of the Safe Club. My phone number is XXXX.” A lady responded very rudely with, “Okay, I’m not even at the—”

I used to work at a fast-food restaurant, and I know how disrespectful that is. If I had done that to a customer, they would have cussed at me. No offense to Panera, but you need to have a talk with your employees because that behavior is not acceptable. I was being respectful I don’t yell, and I understand employees have lives but this was unprofessional.

I don’t know the employees’ names, but I wish I did because they need to be told that this was not respectful. If a customer says, “Hi, I’m part of the Sip Club,” you should respond appropriately: “All right, what’s your phone number?” Instead, I was met with rudeness and attitude.

Some of your employees are very nice, but the ones I encountered at the drive-thru were extremely disrespectful. They need to fix their attitudes. You don’t need to smile or chat just respond politely and professionally.

What angered me the most was today with that lady, when she said, “Okay, I’m not even at the dial, so you’ll have to repeat that again, sir.” Seriously? If I had done that to a customer, I would have been in trouble. I wish I could get her name to report her because this behavior is unacceptable.

I don’t like yelling at people, but I have to say it: if I meet that lady again and she gives me the same attitude, I won’t respond respectfully because I was treated unfairly.

Panera, please instruct your employees to be respectful when customers come in or through the drive-thru. Greet them politely or simply ask, “How can I help you today?” Never give a customer attitude you’re not paid to be rude. I’ve had long days, and a rude employee just made it worse.

So expensive for the quality of food. Fast food marketed to be healthy. Small portions big prices. The restaurant was also dirty.

Good came out faster than expected, the sandwich was made perfectly. The store was spotless, and spacious.
Easily the best Panera I’ve been to since coming to CT.

I got the wild rice soup for lunch. I bit on a piece of plastic. It looks like the corner of the plastic bag the soup came in dropped in the soup. I tried calling Panera Bread to let let them know and could not get a anyone on the phone. Please be careful eating the soups!

Grabbed a Goddess chicken salad to go. Got home to find 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken in the salad. It looked like deli meat honestly. Do better guys. Your used to be very good.
