Grabbed a Goddess chicken salad to go. Got home to find 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken in the salad. It looked like deli meat honestly. Do better guys. Your used to be very good.

Took over 15 minutes for 2 salads, and they weren't that busy. On top of that, the salads were small, and they were all lettuce,with very little of the good stuff. Actually, we had to stop and get a hot dog from Cumberland Farms cause we were still hungry. We love Panera and eat there often. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had there

Bad experience unfortunately when being sick. Placed online order and was missing half of the Pick 2. Called to get a refund and i told her that it sucks because we aren’t going back to get the item and that i dont get compensated. She said “are you saying im not compensating you?” I said “well youre refunding me for an item i paid for and didnt get”. That is NOT compensation for an error, that is getting back money i legitimately paid for items not received. She did not care and only got snippy. This is NOT good customer service AT ALL. Businesses dont care anymore basically, so online order at your risk or CHECK it before you leave, because it may not be correct.

Got home and they forgot both of our sides and my Mac & cheese that I paid $6.29 for wasn’t even filled up! There was literally 4 bites in it.

If they had a zero star I would had given it first of all the manager gave my order to someone else than he refused that he wasn't gonna make another until I put some common sense into him this place has the worse customer service by the management ever this experience was awful on how they treat people on top of that I handle it without an argument like he did it was very unprofessional of him never again I will come here it's just sad they have people like that running this place to the ground no wonder they don't even make it to a 4 star place its disgusting
