Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Cashier didn’t know the menu enough to be able to put order in then back kitchen staff was overheard making low regards to customers name.. so disappointed highly unprofessional

I’m only rating the atmosphere a 2 because I liked the set up in this Panera compared to others. But the service was just horrible. I placed a mobile order for rapid pick up. First I was ignored at the pick up so I moved over to the front counter and no one was there. Then a girl finally comes to the counter and with an attitude said what do you need? I said I put an order in for rapid pick up for a large iced cup. She rolled her eyes and passed me a cup. I went to go pour my drink and the green tea was at the very bottom took forever to fill and the unsweetened tea looked absolutely disgusting and like there would be things floating in it from what was stuck onto the sides of the container. Lastly the counters were sticky and disgusting. For how slow it was there is no excuse for the way the store looks. First and last time I will go to that Panera! I was just telling my partner too how there was yet to be a Panera that I have had a bad experience at. I guess today was the day! ?

I placed a mobile order for a Caprese Melt with extra dressing on the side. There were about 5 cars in the lot and I saw no one inside. I received a notification that there was a little delay in getting my sandwich. OK. After waiting 20 minutes I went through the drive-through line because it’s a sandwich with vegetables. After a few minutes, the young lady said my sandwich was coming out of the oven. There was one in front of me. I don’t know what they ordered but then I waited another 17 minutes Before it was my turn to grab my sandwich. Then, I get home and there’s no dressing on the side. It will be a while before I go back. I think Panera should rethink their drive-through service. If a customer orders something that’s will take a while to prepare, they may wish to do like other restaurants and have the person pull out of the line and bring the purchase to the car versus having everyone in the line have wait for one customer’s food to be made. Very disappointed.

Little pricey, but the food is better than most, well better than a lot. Service was great, I was picking up food for the family, I didn't know what the message meant , they were able to figure it out for me. They know what they wanted. Thank

My wife and I went in this morning and she ordered a bagel sandwich. I didn't order anything. After 30 minutes, her bagel sandwich hadn't even been started. We asked at the counter and they said it would show up on the screen. It never showed up on the screen. It took another 5 minutes of arguing with the manager to get her money back for a bagel sandwich that was never even started. Avoid this restaurant.

They should ditch the drive through. 10-15 min wait with just one car ahead of me, but what worse is the food, the portions sizes have decreased, while the prices has increased.

COLD soup not even filled to top…. Extremely bright lights….almost no chicken in my sandwich! No fireplace at this location and 69 cents extra per item like onion and feta to not be put on my sandwich…. Horrible service.

You would think in this day and age a company that serves soup and sandwiches, and salads would have more gluten-free items on the menu. They had one soup, no sandwiches, no bread, and some of the salad dressings even contained wheat. Very disappointing.
