Pathetic management. We used to order here all the time, and then they sent two orders all wrong. One was full of meat, which we don't eat, and then they just made everything wrong. TWO TIMES IN 5+ YEARS. We place an order and get told we are being refused service for too many complaints. You could just do your jobs right and you'd have continued business. Whatever. The food is mediocre at best, but it was convenient. Good luck with this place. (Interesting it also happened not in the other times we ordered since the issues but when we had a free pizza for repeated business.)

This used to be a great place to order food from. Their food tastes great, when they get your order right. It's sad that you get penalized for calling in and complaining when they mess up your order. First time they made the wrong grinder, the other 2 times they gave me hot wings when mild was ordered. The first 2 times they corrected it.As any establishment should. The last time they had me talk to Annie, she was rude. I did request the owner call me. Not any surprise, I never received the call. Went to order tonight, they cancelled my order and informed me I was blocked for to many complaints. Maybe your establishment should get the orders right and their wouldn't be any complaints. At least I won't be spending money on a establishment with terrible business practices. I hope after reading this review, the rest of you refuse to contribute to this business.

Tried this place for the first time and wonāt be going back. The boneless wings barely had any sauce. They didnāt taste flavored at all. We got teriyaki and they just tasted like regular chicken. Also, most of the pieces were so small, I would call that popcorn chicken, not boneless wings. I couldnāt believe I paid $15 for small pieces of chicken.
Got boneless Buffalo wings with Nashville hot sauce, wings were hard and if hot is like that in Nashville they have wussies down there, also got a side of broccoli that I never asked for, French fries were cold and mushy, last time ordering there!!!!!

Lived in Enfield over 4yrs n never tried this place til now. food was fantastic and well worth the delivery time. Took about an hour at 8pm Friday night
