Full hot roast beef grinder. In the app put in every possible Slice comments to add mayo. Paid for extra mayo, got home, no mayo. No cheese, one slice of tomato on the whole thing, no onion either. Toasted bread with roast beef and wilted shredded lettuce. I go here twice a month, used to. Dog is happy.

Completely incompetent order processing. I just received a Palace Special pizza for the THIRD TIME with onions when I ordered no onions. The third time! I should have stopped ordering from there the first time but unfortunately I like the pizza and there are no other good options in Enfield. There is nothing worse than picking up a pizza, driving home and finding our you can't eat. Miserable establishment. Absolutely miserable. I strongly discourage patronizing this business. It is worth the additional 15 minutes drive to East Longmeadow to go to Denardos or Fazios. Never again.

I ordered 2 party pizzas yesterday. The pepperoni and bacon pizza was so delicious. Plenty of ingredients on the pizza too compared to other places. I wish I lived closer as your place would be the only one I would go to.

I ordered a chef salad and it came with ham American cheese instead of mozzarella or provolone and the best part they put tuna fish in it gross. Also a pizza with sausage and mushrooms it was awful if there was sausage or mushrooms you couldn't see them or taste them and the sauce was awful. I used to love their pizza but not anymore must be under new management. Will never go back again

Delivery driver either by lying or being inept never got me my delivery......I called restaurant....they offered to redo...I saw no point and canceled .....however no refund was given. Well ok fine...I don't need to use a restaurant that has a driver that cannot deliver properly. No way will I use this restaurant
