I ordered today through an app called Slice. I looked to Yelp for pizza shops near my area of Enfield. And two other places were closed for two weeks due to summer vacations. I ordered three items. Only one was decent ... a cheese pizza. The boneless wings was awful. Like how does one mess up boneless wings? It was chewy , yet hard on the sides & not much flavor . I got hot honey because I never had it.. and now I'll probably be all set for life! Now on to the next disappointment , a cheeseburger grinder. Again, how does one mess up on an American classic? Absolutely no flavor at all! I added Mayo, lettuce, Mayo , pickles & cheese. I'm taking about ZERO flavor! I couldn't even understand it. The kiddos which are 5 and 2 liked their cheese pizza . Thank you for that at least . And it was good, not great but good & edible . I always believe to give anyone or business a second chance even a third! But absolutely no way I would ever give them another chance . It's $56 that I lost today, and seeing how the economy is and gas prices are.. I should have stuck to making a can of soup. And filled up my tank of gas and not have order from here. No picture to post because it was not worth it, sorry.

Ordered a party size "palace combo" that comes with sausage, hamburger, peppers and onions. Great sauce and good crust. Delivered in 20-25 minutes and it was a Friday night. Also ordered some mild Buffalo wings that were big with a great sauce.

Order a $20.00 pizza for take out and waitress decided to add $200 tip on a $20 pizza !! Really?? No contact with Business owner for 3 days, promised to refund the $200.00 , then he doesn’t ! Still no refund on credit card?? Highly don’t recommend!! Unless you have disposable income..

Ordered a small combination pizza with the hopes of something spectacular.....but I was greatly disappointed. Seems the dough was way too chewy to the point of scrapping the toppings off and discarding the remainder of the crust. It's sad when an establishment has such a drop off in quality over the last 2 years. How much of that lack of quality can be attributed to Covid man power problems? Management needs to get involved to make things right!

I pulled into their parking lot to pick up my phone order. Unfortunately, I discovered that the noise I heard for the last 2 miles was from a flat tire, This was a cold winter night, and I was tired and hungry. It had the potential of turning into a very bad experience. The staff blew me away with their helpful attitude. They went around to the tables of diners to find the someone that helped me get back on the road. They are really caring people and clearly a fixture in this neighborhood. Though I was an outsider, this is clearly a place where "everybody knows your name". Oh yes, the food. Not the absolute best I have ever had, but dinner was freshly made, tasty, made and packaged with care, and with above average portion size. Highly recommended. And good people.

Ordered delivery for a large cheese pizza that took 70+ min to arrive @ 3pm on a Thursday. When it did arrive it was barely warm, the crust burnt, the bottom somehow wasn't burnt. I could tell if it was actually properly cooked it could have been an enjoyable pie.

The fact this pizza place was empty on a Saturday evening at dinner time should have been a warning to us that this is not a good place to have pizza. We were the only three patrons at 6:15 pm. The number of employees outnumbered us by a factor of three. Our waitress was clearly disinterested in her job this night. She asked us if we were ready to order shortly after dropping off the menus. Not sure she was aware of the timing. My wife ordered a plain small cheese pizza and salad. My brother in law ordered the calamari app and a half meatball grinder. I ordered a gluten free mushroom, onion, garlic, basil pizza. The calamari came out promptly and my wife and brother in law enjoyed it. Forty minutes after the calamari was finished we were served the pizzas and grinder. My wife's pizza looked well executed. My brother in law's grinder looked dry and overcooked. He confirmed the meatballs were dry, there was hardly any sauce, and the roll was dried out. My pizza was unrecognizable. There was some sort of meat product on it that could not be identified by tasting it. I asked the disinterested waitress what was on the pizza and she told me it was sausage. Imagine sausage that had all the fat rendered out of it leaving sawdust like balls. She checked my order and agreed I did not order sausage. In fact, they only got one of my toppings correct, the onions. The waitress did not seem sorry, never said she was sorry, and she did not offer to make it right. She did offer to have them make another pizza, but I told her I couldn't wait another hour for a correction. Again, she did not seem sorry or upset or concerned. We are all over fifty years old and have eaten at restaurants multiple times a month, in many places around the world. Two of us are Italian and we all know Italian cooking and cuisine well and we agreed this is the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. The place is not clean. You could see dirt in the vents and there water stains on the ceiling tiles. Another clue to what was to come was my ice water had a strange flavor. I think it was some sort of cross contamination with another liquid, maybe Sprite? And OMG, THE FLIES WERE EVERYWHERE. The flies outnumbered the patrons AND employees. Do not eat here. The service is the worst, the food subpar, and the venue not clean.

told 40 min delivery, waited 2 hours, called back , was told food had been out for delivery already, preceeded to wait another 35 min for an ice cold pizza and wings.

We have only had take out pizza from there but it was outstanding. The parking lot was packed when I got there with cars also parked along the side street and in the grassy areas. The customers in the restaurant area were mostly there for takeout. The bar was hopping and I didn’t notice entertainment at that time.

usually I have a great experience with this place, but today was awful. I had an order that came out wrong so they lady on the phone said I could receive a refund or a new grinder, being that me and boyfriend love the food we decided to get another grinder. he offer to show the delivery person the the grinder but the young women on the phone stated it was not needed. when the driver arrived he told my boyfriend he needed the grinder back so he tried to explain it was already

They are racist and very poor service i can’t believe that people actually eat the food that is days old and is kept below the legal recommendation there bartenders act like prostitutes to get tips basically if your looking for a dive bar here u go

Their food is always took notch. Even if an order is wrong or late they've done good by trying to remedy any issues!! I love their taco pizza and wings are to die for! Dinner portions are very good size for the price!

Every time we go to Six Flags we head for Pizza Palace for dinner afterwards. You can feed 6 people for the price of 2 SLICES at 6 flags. I love Pizza Palace pizza. They have a generous sized Large pie. It's got that beautiful thick greek style crust that's both soft and crunchy at the same time. They use a solid amount of cheese on the pizza. I love their meatball pizza. Hearty slices of meatball with great italian flavor. They taste like their own recipe...If they are not, they have me fooled.... Presently there's a great outdoor dining tent and some picnic tables. With the wonderful summer weather, head outside...take in some fresh air and enjoy some pizza. They crosscut the pizza square style which kids seem to love. They can have "3" pieces instead of one. The fries are great. I will return again.... Great pizza! They have a trivia night, I think Thursdays where you can win restaurant gift cards. This place has been around for over 60 years I think and it's a gem!

I really love baked potatoes and I was very excited to see this on the Pizza Palace menu. the first time the potato came it was the size of a small football loaded with bacon and broccoli not quite cooked through but a minute in the microwave took care of that. the second time I ordered it it was about the size of a tennis ball with a little bit of bacon and broccoli and again not cooked through but again a minute in the microwave took care of that. this is the third time I've ordered it and it will be the last time as they say third time's a charm not in this case barely any bacon barely any broccoli which I paid extra for by the way and still not cooked through. I give up
