Whoever was working the night of Feb 15/16, 2025, and took my order at around 12:30am is a god. He even walked out my order to me during the snowstorm. Please give him a raise, or make him general manager for multiple locations. He should a general representative of Popeyes in one way or another. Shoutout to him. Thank you.

Best Popeyes location I have ever been to, it's clean, friendly and everything is well prepared
Popeyes chicken is great, love the chain and the new wing options. Location is fairly clean. However, this location is so poorly run. Managers/supervisors just standing around letting customers stand in line for 10 minutes before addressing them. Too busy chatting in the back with their employees/friends. Very unfortunate.

I went there twice at night time after 11pm. An the man in the drive through was the nicest guy I've had talk to me in a drive through probably ever. I ordered wings and even got hooked up with extra. He showed jntrest in talking to me and I like that. I'd happily go back there.

I was in the drive-through and the drive-through window order board was not showing the deals, and I know every Popeyes has the Big Box so I tried to order that and I was lied to by Mr. Hector, who stated that they don’t have that deal anymore but being that my character has been assassinated, they just wanted me to spend more money than any other customer they didn’t want or figured that I should not have the big box deal or I shouldn’t pay the big box price they wanted me to spend more money because this is the gag going around town is To make her wait or to make her spend more money It sad that I had to get out of my car go inside all of a sudden now they have the big box. They were scared that I was going to report so they gave me a free pie. I have decided to just start posting reviews at these places that I go to and they think they’re going to get over on me or finesse me

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came here thinking it would be faster than raising cane's which was packed. It wasn't. I ordered 2 classic chicken meals one with fries and was told to pull around because they were making fries. 15 minutes later I went inside and my order wasn't there and I wasn't given a receipt. I will say out of the 10 employees there was a 16 year old girl, the only girl working who was basically trying to carry the place. Of course the fries weren't fresh. The shift leader was busy dicking around

I’m from nyc I came here once it was fire so I said ima spin back ended up returning 3 more times never miss 4-0 Clean Sweep
I visited 9/21 around 6:30 and will never go back there again. I was charged $15.13 for two small pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, biscuit, mac n cheese and small beverage. I went to get my beverage, filled the cup, put it on the tray and the whole thing tipped over and spilled. I brought my food box over to a table, informed the cashier of my accident and said that the soda had spilt all over the floor and could I have another cup. No problem. I said there is soda all over the floor. He said he would take care of it. I went to the table, opened the box and was very shocked, the chicken was so small like it came from a chick and not a full chicken. The food was substandard. I ate what I could and left. I was in the restaurant over 20 minutes and none ONE employee came to clean up my spilt soda. It wasn't busy, a few customers came and went, maybe 4. The other chicken fast food chain right up the street was backed up with cars getting orders. Now I know why! I've been patronizing Popeyes for a number of years, but will not return.

Staff were kinda bored, no cotavation. Not very personabla. Was not busy Sunday night but took a while and cook, guy umm not very nice or polite. Chicken hazard: way too much sauces whatever flavor! Stop overload. Wings are still kinda crisy which is great, but too freaking saucy. Thanks very much. Like to go again but not so much freaking sauce!!!
