Went to the drive thru, total $ on the screen said $34. But at the window was told the total was $41. ?!? Getting ripped off every time we go there, get a bullshit answer when ask why the price is different, or ignored, this has happened four times now. Not worth it to go there.

Apparently late night is pick up only I’ll never come back waste of time. Went to the drive through waited in line just to be told I can’t place an order it’s pick up only. I replied no it’s not and he says well we’re closed. It was 1150pm you close at 1230am

Popeyes always hits the spot! 🍗🔥
The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor — just how it should be.
Service was fast, and the staff was friendly.
I tried the spicy tenders with Cajun fries and a biscuit — 10/10 combo.
If you’re craving comfort food with a kick, this is the place.
Pro tip: ask for extra sauce and don’t skip the mashed potatoes!

Don't come here if you are in a rush. The employees love to just fool around and not do their job. Everytime I come here i wait 15+ minutes for no reason

The service is good and the food is good too however, the lack of manners by one of their employees made this frustrating. Sprawled out taking up two tables while space was limited, phone blaring some sporting event without any consideration for anyone around. I am not heartless and appreciate that the employee may have been on break, but having your feet up on the seats is just another level.

We have visited this location many times, it’s fairly nearby, and we always enjoyed it as a treat from time to time. Yet as of late, things have been below par, in several areas. Firstly, it appears we are no longer allowed to order the regular size meals anymore, and are forced to purchase the larger size, with or without our knowledge. This has occurred three times consecutively as of now, and we feel very uncomfortable and uneasy about this somewhat recent practice. Especially seeing as the regular size meal options and pricing are still displayed clearly on the menu. Secondly, the items we ordered were incorrect in comparison to what we received, and the quality was very poor. The chicken to crust ratios were very off, a very thin, incredibly dry ribbon of chicken, encased in a thick overly fried crust of breading. Our sandwiches were also improperly marked, which was incredibly concerning, as I had ordered the ghost pepper sandwich, and my fiancée had ordered the original spicy sandwich, luckily she does not have a spice sensitivity or else this would have been a far more serious issue. I ordered the original ghost pepper sandwich yet both sandwiches came prepared with bacon and cheese, again this could have been a much more serious issue if either of us were to have a food allergy to either added ingredients. In conclusion, we do not appreciate being forced to pay more than what we asked for, especially in such a sneaky and untrustworthy manner, and we would like at the very least to receive the correct items, labeled correctly. It will be a long while before we will return, if we ever decide to do so, there is a KFC near enough to our location, and as a chef, I can make a much better quality fried chicken sandwich at home.

This place will play with your money. BUYER BEWARE.

I have been consistently been going here since they grand opened and had no problems in the beginning but for the last year they have consistently up charged me for larger sides even when I explicitly said I want all small sides with my meal. At first I thought it was just typed wrong but then I started to realize they would do it in different sneaky ways over time and then I realized I was being scammed. When I tried to talk with a manager they kid at the counter clearly not a manager or with a name badge says he's the manager and was smiling the whole interaction. I don't know what kind of nonsense is going on here but there is definitely something going on. I would verify your recipe and card charge if you go here.

I have genuinely never been so personally attacked by a meal.

Popeyes Enfield, what in the name of culinary war crimes did you send me?! This wasn’t food. This was a hostile act. I ordered chicken, but what arrived looked like it had been cooked during the Great Fire of London and then left in a dusty attic for archaeologists to discover. 🍗☠️

The chicken was so dry, I heard it whisper “water… please…” as I bit into it. I’ve had more tender bites from IKEA furniture. And it was so overcooked, I thought maybe it was revenge, like the bird had cooked itself out of spite.

The fries? Let’s talk about the fries. Actually, let’s not. Because I’m convinced they were made by someone who’s never seen a potato in real life. Limp, cold, underseasoned, and somehow spiritually draining. 🍟 They tasted like defeat.

And the biscuit… dear God, the biscuit. I’ve had emotional breakdowns with more moisture. One bite and I was transported to a desert plain where hope goes to die. It didn’t crumble, it shattered like a ceramic plate. 🧱

This meal was so aggressively bad, I genuinely thought I was being pranked. Like I expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out yelling “You’ve been PUNK’D! Here’s a real meal!” Spoiler: he never came.

If food could gaslight you, this would be it.

Never again. I wouldn’t feed this to a Sims character.

I’d rather lick a battery.
