This place was decent when it first opened, after about a few months went way downhill. Staff is incredibly rude and shady. Had an issue recently and when I went back the staff INCLUDING the manager in charge all acted very shady about the situation. TRUTHFULLY, as others have stated, beware of this location and their practices and ethics of people working there behind the lines.

This was absolutely a horrible experience. I placed a very simple mobile order. (2 indv mashed potatoes and popcorn shrimp.) Drove over to the restaurant and went through the drive thru for pickup. Gave them my order info, they couldn't find it and told me to pull forward to the window. They tried to give me someone else's order. Explained that it wasn't mine and gave them my order # again. They looked on their system, "oh your order just came through, it will be 3 minutes for the popcorn shrimp. Please pull forward and I'll bring it out to you." I pulled forward and waited, 15 minutes went by and the drive thru employee came out as asked what I was doing. I had re-explain the order again. "OH, I'll go take care of it now". Ten more minutes passed, sent my son in to get the order, while he was in there, they finally brought out the order, yet they forgot the requested sauces. No real apology, just excuses. Very poor customer service. Never had good experience with Popeyes. Food always makes me sick. Done forever with Popeyes.
