Took forever, and the food was tasteless. The chicken and breading had zero seasoning. Not even salt! The fries were fine, at least salty, but were nothing special.

I'm a huge fan of Canes and it tough living in Albany where we don't have one. I drove the hour and a half to this location because 1) I love Canes and 2) I wanted the Halloween cup. The people working were all so friendly and even though they originally thought they were out of the cup they checked for me anyways which I so greatly appreciated! Of course the food was great as always but shout out to the workers at this Canes, you guys are awesome!

Kinda bummed out, it’s the third time that I go there at around 10ish at night, sometimes closer to 11 and my order feels rushed.. flavorless fries, and dry chicken. Yesterday I ordered 2 “4 tender boxes” and one of the boxes had only 3 tenders and the other box had what seemed like a nugget sized tender.
I get it’s late but there needs to be someone inspecting these boxes. I felt rushed because there was a long line and I couldn’t really check. Granted it’s MY fault for not stopping on the side and checking but to go back and wait another 20 mins in like wouldn’t have been worth it.. canes is great but the same mistake keeps happening multiple times and there has to be someone done. I worked at fast food before so I’m not coming at anyone specifically, I know how tense it can get ! I’m just frustrated that I didn’t get what i paid for .. 3 times already…

Stopped on our way through the area. The place was busy so i expected the food to be hot and properly cooked. We waited approx 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Our chicken was barely warm and fries were barely cooked and soggy. This chain is significantly better out west or down south. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to anyone.
Everything was delicious the place was clean the only issue I had and I wouldn't even say it is an issue it was more of a me problem but the yelling was a little too much the employees were yelling a lot and I understand that sometimes they have to be loud because people are not aware that their orders are ready but I feel like it was a little too much but other than that everything was great.

1st time there. Hands down the best chicken tenders I've ever had! The wait is hit or miss I believe...waited about 20 minutes but it's a Sunday afternoon. If you want great tenders it's worth it!!!
This are the best chicken tenders I ever had. I travel an hour just to get them, I can't wait for the Milford, CT location to open that is only 5 minutes away from me.
Have gone here frequently whenever i am in the area. I have NEVER had a bad experience, but i did get the worst food poisoning of my life after eating here last night. Within the hour I had some symptoms of food poisoning and it has gotten progressively worse. I have to go to the hospital. I guess this location had these problems frequently reported in July. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back :( Cook the chicken thoroughly please.
