Took over 30 minutes for the meal to arrive after ordering. When the meal arrived it was lukewarm and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for some time… The burgers were overly salty, cold and dry, definitely not worth the excessive wait or the price. First time and also our last time eating here..

Worst first experience ever, Sheri (the waitress) was so rude I’ve never experienced a rude experience like this before other than McDonald’s drive thru workers.We ended up going to long horns. This was my first time going to Red Robbin and I thought it would be a great date idea to bring my girlfriend, now I don’t doubt the food is good, but the waitress (Sherri) made me so uncomfortable, me and my girlfriend ended up leaving, with no purchase. Environment was good, food looked good on the menu,. But waitress was beyond rude. 0 stars for my first experience at red robbin. I never leave reviews but I just can’t believe that on Valentine’s Day, my experience was beyond ruined. I would love to explain my experience more into detail, as I had, but I accidentally went back on my safari, and my review was deleted and I couldn’t bother writing everything over again in detail on what had occurred.

Always stop here when we are heading to Bradley Airport to stay overnight for early morning flights. Usually get a burger, wife loves the Ava Cobb salad. Food is always good and comes out hot and cooked correctly.
