This places pizza is delicious! The star hands down is that sauce! It's packed full of so much flavor it's unbelievable. I would literally buy that sauce by the bucket! I don't know the secret, but I don't care! Rinaldi, if you're reading this, take my advise and can that sauce up, patent it, and sell it! Absolute delicious!

I've been eating their pizza since I was a child. Forgot all about them because I live on the opposite side of town. Was sick of the usual pizza places, and my mom said they always get rinaldi's because it's always great. She was right! It's a cheesy with great tasting sauce, with perfect amount of toppings. The crust is a crunch on just the outside, but melt in your mouth inside. I'll definitely be back again. Yumm

Actually they cook the perfect pizza. Today I ordered a fresh Margarita pizza, but found it in picked up box looks like warmed up, tomatoes was dry, no cheese flavor and cheese stretch. Is it depend on shift?

This place seriously has the best pizza in any of the surrounding areas. Their entrees are also delicious. My favorite is the margherita pizza! I LOVE this place and will ALWAYS come back. Never ever had a bad experience and you can tell they care and work so hard to make the best food. And so many options! GO HERE!!!!

When Rinaldi's came under new ownership, I was exited to have another place other than Enfield Pizza, to order from. At the beginning it was phenomenal. I even recommended this place to other people and it became their go to for pizza and grinders but lately their service has been not so good. The last few orders have been wrong, pizza looks like it was tipped on it's side with the cheese all pooling to one side, grinders missing most the ingredients. I raved about this place but it just seems they lost their spark. Drivers who deliver the food aren't friendly anymore. Do you know what it's like to eat a cheeseburger grinder that is just bread and half a patty?! Very dry and tough. They always had delicious food but lately they have fallen short.

This place has 0 customer service. They steal money from you when they make a mistake. Then blame the customer. Have been a customer at Rinaldis for generations. Watched it go up and down now it’s in the toilet. OSHA should pay them a visit on their practices also

Really good pizza! I didn’t think I was gonna be impressed with their plain cheese, so I added some fresh basil. But I think the cheese pizza could stand on their own. I like that they have coupons, so I got to try two different different types of wings. The buffalo was fine, but I didn’t like the garlic sauce, wings. I do like that the wings aren’t fried, and seemed baked. I would get the pizza again, but probably not the chicken.

I hadn't been to Rinaldi's in years, but decided to eat there since I was passing through the area. I had the meatball parm grinder and it was just as good as I remembered. I highly recommend Rinaldi's.

Stopped here on my way from Mass to Bradley (because to hell with expensive airport food, and I like to support local) to grab lunch, and I was not disappointed. Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.
