Saladworks has become a staple in my weekday lunch routine since they opened in Enfield. I love the variety of salad options I have when ordering, it helps me never get bored when I stop by. The staff is efficient and kind and are accommodating with allergies and knowledgeable of their menu offerings. I have an awesome experience everytime I come in and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Last 2 times I ordered from there I had to wait a half hour past the time they said to pickup the food. This past time there was barely any meat in the sandwiches. I didn't need more of a reason to not eat at a salad place, now I have one. Can't believe I wasted an hour for this 13$ sandwich.

Love this place!!! Sometimes items are out of stock, but I’ve never had a poor experience here. Great food and options, although they did get rid of the roasted cauliflower and my favorite dressing :(

I really would like to give them 5 stars because I love the food, but a few of the employees make it difficult to do so, The food is good and I'm never disappointed there. However, there are a few instances where I would have liked to see better cleanliness and or hygiene. Some of the Employees pay proper attention to this but others seem to forget that they are dealing with people's food from time to time. Overall the food is great just hope you get someone who takes the proper precautions when preparing your food.

Don't order take out or delivery from these people, as they need to be babysat to get the order right. When they mess it up (such as by omiting the protein that you paid extra for from your order), there is basically no recourse for fixing it. There's a web form, and it seems your concerns go to a black hole. They say they will contact you, and they won't. Furthermore, the restaurant employees don't answer the phone when you call to fix the situation.
Today the ladies in the office ordered lunch. We wanted something new, fresh, and healthy! Looked up on uber eats for a new place to try. This place looked delicious, so placed an order. Upon delivery of our food we had noticed a few items missing. We called over and spoke with the owner (very polite!) he apologized profusely about the mix up and told us that it will be corrected ASAP. Within minutes we got the call that our items were here. The owner himself had delivered them! We here just wanted to say thank you so much for the incredible food, service, and promptness to fix everything today! First time here. Ordered the pick your two. The man could have been a little friendlier. The female working was much friendlier to customers. He was just blah like u were bothering him. The soup could of been hotter instead of just warm. The salad could of been mixed together instead of just putting everything on top. Would I come back? I would but would rather have a different person work on my order
