This is an interesting one, in terms of that I know this place as Belvedere Polish cuisine. It's now a Polish-Texan cuisine, and even on Google both of these restaurants come up as the same address.Anyways, the food is good from both sides if the Polish and Texan menu. Personally I recommend the Polish menu items as they're what I'm used to, but you can't go wrong with the Texan items.

We hosted a surprise birthday party and at the last minute decided to order barbecue. The staff was excellent to deal with and provided helpful suggestions. Pick up was easy and on time. Most importantly, the pulled brisket and chicken were outstanding. The complimentary potato salad was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Burnt ends were the best I have ever had! Kielbasa and sauerkraut was fantastic. Woman behind counter was very nice and helpful.Glad we didn't waste our money at the big E.we will be back!

Lady was really nice. Atmosphere was kinda weird but the food was not umpressive...i have had way better bbq. I love burnt ends, my burnt ends were very very dry..not pull or fall apart, very tough.nice try but not worth it. Beans were ok mac n cheese def not the best....wont be back here. Of all the different bbq i have tried bears makes the best so far.never dry always fall apart

Incredible food, both Polish and Southern BBQ cuisines combined.
We placed a huge catering order for our wedding, and everything was amazing! Alison was so helpful throughout the entire process! She worked with us on pickup, as well as timing etc. they even helped us load the order into our truck! The food was absolutely delicious, both the Polish offerings, as well as the smoked food. The Mac and cheese is different and amazing. It’s not your standard stuff and it’s delicious. 100% will be ordering for family parties in the future.

Yeah...your not gonna find a better smoke house promise! Been all over the country and this is my favorite. Never need to try another. Super side bonus they have the BEST Pierogis in so many different potato combination your sure to leave with more than you planned. Don't leave without grabbing a fresh kielbasa or two from the case! All their sides are uniquely jacked up with extra zestiness and lots of whatever veggies compliment them.The portions are absolutely insane, I don't know how they do it? You cannot even compare the value to anything I have seen in over a decade. The service is also incomparable in competence and graciousness. The kind of experience you will only find in a family run establishment.For your catering needs, years ago I tended bar for a wedding in their ballroom. They catered for the reception, J*** chicken and an array of cultural favorites for them. Excellent, over the top, beautifully displayed buffet, most impressive I have seen.

First time experience. Have seen the menu many times but had yet to make it over. Very familiar with the peirogi queen though...The minute you open the door you're greeted with the wonder aroma of smoking meat. Very small, but comfortable, dining area and plenty of specialty foods for sale. Service was quick. Food was amazing. Had the brisket and burnt ends with mac n cheese and a pint of kapusta. Best mac n cheese besides my grams. Juicy brisket and great homemade sauce. Lastly GREAT VALUE!! Will absolutely be back to try the ribs ???
