Do not tell someone when specifically call to ask what time you close because we were driving from 15 miles away for someones birthday drink and when we get there with 3 minutes to spare at the drive thru you say you’re closed. Then when we call you answer the phone and we ask” Are you open?” and the answer is “yeah but only for 30 seconds.” If that was the case then why didn’t you wait on us 2 1/2 minutes before that at the drive thru? Very disappointing
Unprofessional slammed the window. My order wasn’t correct and they plastered Carmel all inside my cup when I stated to drizzle the caramel inside of the cup.
