No customer service ,they never greets me only greets certain customers . And rude attitudes when placing order just always an uncomfortable experience when I ever I visit they move slow too Walt is nice tho the only one out of 6 employees you actually acknowledged me after waiting an addy ten minutes for my order as the others chatted Walt is the only one who jumped on and helped , not even a have a nice day wowwww

Ordered a cold brew asked for very lite ice and was still given a half ice half coffee pretty simple yet they almost never listen.
Neve is absolutely amazing!!! Best Barrista Starbucks has between the 3 Enfield locations. Her drinks are always on point and her customer service skills are exemplary even during peak times. She reminds me of how Starbucks used to be once upon a time pre drive through. I spend anywhere from $150.00 to $200.00 a week and have been doing suck for many years. We need more workers like Neve!!!

When I'm looking for a quick bite and a coffee, this is my place! The staff is great and they always get my order right. There are a lot of chains on Hazard Ave and I've been to them all. But this Starbucks gets my money because they just rock!
