I'm not sure what the issue is , maybe this employee is new and could use some retraining on customer service. Especially , when dealing with a guest at the drive thru window. The gentleman with the pink hair on drive thru these past few days seems unpleasant when taking my order. And the sassy attitude is not needed because my drink has customizations to my preference seeing I'm the one paying for it and drinking it . Please speak with your staff . Respectfully . Thank you !!

First time in a Starbucks in probably a year and I won’t be returning. Watching the drinks be prepared I didn’t even want it by the time it made it to me. Employees touching everything, their headpiece, face, filthy looking counter, then preparing a drink. Actually disgusting what happened to wearing gloves when you’re doing multiple tasks and preparing food 🤢
Not sure what's going on at this location. Not only were they stingy with the sweet cold foam, but it wasnt even made right. Tasted like chemicals or thick oil.

i received the saddesttt shaken espresso, ice ratio was off like 3 cubes in the cup , the syrup was at the bottom of the cup so they didn’t shake it and it was 90% milk. i didn’t want an iced latte :( nor pay $6 for it.

Ask for a grande iced blonde Americano with extra ice and got a venti cup with extra milk watering down my coffee, if I wanted it in a venti cup I would have asked for it. I wanted the extra ice in the smaller cup to make a stronger Coffee ratio with my milk. Sometimes giving people an upgrade in size is actually a downgrade in quality
