When I'm looking for a quick bite and a coffee, this is my place! The staff is great and they always get my order right. There are a lot of chains on Hazard Ave and I've been to them all. But this Starbucks gets my money because they just rock!

It's Starbucks.I only get the cold brew with cream or ice shaken espresso with cream.No food or sweet drinks for me.I do enjoy their ice tea options too from time to time.

We were just here to order coffee and when we got to the window to order they said to wait. We had to wait 10 min and I asked why so long? A man voice was heard saying if you want you can leave the store? what a shame to treat the customers.
I love their flavored coffees, while my husband enjoys their regular coffees. They a variety of whole bean coffees you can buy for home, which I do. Do love this time of the year as they offer their Christmas blend, which is delicious. Baristas friendly.

Witnessing on several accounts all of the difficult customers these baristas and supervisors deal with, I am impressed with how patient and polite they continue to be, even in those moments. I've never had a problem here myself other than needing my coffee fixed a bit, to which they are always receptive and helpful. Kudos to ALL of you who have had to deal with those entitled, rude, inconsiderate customers. It sucks to watch you all be treated the way you do by certain people. It's clear you're all doing your best, and it's sad that some people can't respect or even just be polite to you. I wish I could say SORRY on their behalf. Keep your heads up, it's clear you have a great team and a great system of doing things, there are just difficult days. Thanks for my coffees!Parking: The lot is just poorly set up and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of accidents have occurred here. During busy hours sometimes there's no parking in front, and once you're in drive thru there's no good way of getting out of it if you need to for any reason.
