This place is under new management and is called "boston seafood BY PETROS." Me and my family ordered from this place on Saturday. It's Tuesday now and I'm gonna write this review because I've been dealing with the horrendous fish smell that stunk up my car and won't leave.... We ordered the Fishermans platter, 8 piece bucket of haddock, and a fish and chip. I noticed the smell immediately when I picked up the food. I put it on the plastic car mat on the floor of the passenger front seat so it wouldn't get any fish scent on my cloth seats. When I got home, even my father commented on it as we walked in with the food. We still ate everything and we did not get sick from it but that smell lingered on like a bad ex-bf/gf. The food:The haddock was generous portion with rice... I didn't care for the rice and the pasta pieces mixed in(kinda weird). the coleslaw was fine not overly mayonnaise'd. Didn't care for the steak fries in the fish and chips. There was a bone in the fish and chips but that's to be expected. for the Fishermans platter, It had three shrimps and three scallops and a ton of clam strips which was decent for the price. My dad wished there was a little more shrimp and scallops. Overall the food was pretty standard. verdit: If it weren't for the lingering foul fish smell I'd be OK with coming back. I literally cleaned my car mat 4 times. I wiped the entire car down with Lysol, left dryer sheets in all door pockets, put a vent air freshener clip, a air freshener cone, and sprayed both febreze and my husbands precious holy vodka in the air in hopes to exorcise this fish smell from my car. NO SUCH LUCK. Now I will be the only parent at car pickup line who rolls up in the fresh scent of fish. My kids are also on a strike as they will not allow their friends to ride in our car.

A classic Enfield staple and a godsend to a new england inland territory. All of the novelty appeal of an old school fish market you could ask for. I've gotten fresh lobster, scallops, stuffed sole among other selections. And for a quickaffordable lunch their fish n chips is f*@#+"* INCREDIBLE! Just the same as always if not better since the ownership transition. The only disappointment would be if this establishment closed down. Thank you Petros and staff! ?? ??

Fresh and quick service! Light batter and great slaw! Fries needed salt sprinkled after frying but just added it at home after making them extra crispy at home.

Great local spot for fresh seafood and a great little assortment of Greek delights

Fast, fresh service! Great side dishes and light batter. Slaw is great not too much mayo. The fries needed salt after frying and the fish batter needed some seasoning for sure. But otherwise authentic and classic fish and chips!

This place is a nice little shop. Inventory was very low on the fresh seafood when I went. But food is good

Ordered fish and chips and fried whole belly clams. Fish was ok nothing great but the clams were absolutely horrible. I brought the food home to eat. When I opened the clams I was very disappointed how few clams were in the box. Was approximately 1/4 cup of clams at best. They were not at all crispy and after eating 2 clams I spit out what was left in my mouth and threw the rest in the trash along with the soggy fries. My guess would be the clams were so old that they had begun to spoil. Had a real horrible smell and taste. Clams should have gone in the trash days ago instead of being served to customers. I’d really e surprised if they get any repeat customers for clams. Even if they were edible still wouldn’t be worth nearly $20. Came with cole slaw that also looked really old. I was afraid to even taste that. Went straight in trash.

This review is for Boston Seafood Sign no longer days Steve's I asked a manager about the size of the whole bellies-18.99 lunch size.He indicated they were medium. They were very small, over breaded. Was also disappointed to be carrying takeout in a heavy, starafoam container with a plastic bag. Not sustainable.

This is the second time I have bought "fresh" fish here and when opening it to begin prepping, I almost got sick. The smell was so bad. Very disappointed. Will not be a third time.

I would say they are a local treasure. The staff is always helpful and the food speaks for itself! Not to mention fair prices. I don't no of any other spot like this locally unless I want to travel 3 hours out of my way to get something fresh off a pier. Gotta love great local businesses that offer something wonderful to the community.
