My fiance and group of friends came here at 8pm friends got their food first, they forgot his burrito. Then my fiance and I waited 30 minutes with no one else inside and still no food. They claimed our “order got lost” then when it came our whole order was wrong! Chicken chilling instead of his steak, no sour cream with a meal that it was asked for. Don’t recommend unless u wanna come back a hundred times for them to get your order right!

I have been coming here for over 25 years. I remember not so long ago you could get everything on the menu for under 20 dollars without exaggeration. I just went to Harbor Freight and got a six-inch puddy knife, pry bar set, work gloves, two fox tails, a caulking gun, and zip ties for under 25 dollars. All made in America with a lifetime waranty and it made me think of Taco Bell where you cant get a couple of dog food quality tacos for under 40 dollars now.

Average of 30 minutes wait for the lobby because they exclusively cater to their drive thru, despite placing the order 15 minutes in advance to picking it up.
Usually good but who ever working late night and putting refried beans on the cantina bowl is absolutely disgusting. It’s black beans and if you’re out why would you put and ingredients on that’s not even in that item especially without even asking. Drove all the way home and my bowl is ruined. Thanks guys. It’s not hard to follow instructions.

By far the worst Taco Bell location I have ever visited. Wait time is minimum 30 minutes. Under staffed every time I visit. Everyone has an attitude. Food is always cold. I’m not sure what is going on with Enfield Taco Bell but it’s hell.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell was so disappointing, I feel it needs to be shared.
First, this location does not accommodate elderly customers at all. Staff kept insisting on using the self-service kiosk, even though many older guests didn’t know how to use it, and there was no offer of assistance or consideration
When we got our food, there were no forks available—none. We had to ask multiple times, and the staff acted like it was a hassle. The dining area was messy and unclean, with dirty tables, food on the floor, and overflowing trash cans.
The bathrooms were disgusting—filthy floors, terrible smell, and no toilet paper in either stall. It was clear they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.
Worst of all, the employees were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in customer service or helping anyone. It felt like we were a burden just for being there.
This visit was a complete disappointment. I understand it's fast food, but basic cleanliness, courtesy, and a functional restroom should not be too much to ask.

Horrible experience. I've waited over 30 minutes for 1 online combo meal that cost me almost $20. and it was wrong. I was forced to watch all the rest of the angry customers get their food late only to receive mine last! Out of the whole staff, only 2 were actually working. Messy lobby. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever.
