It was my first time here and the young woman with the glasses was probably one of the best customer service cashiers I’ve ever experienced. She helped me pick my bowl based on what I was looking for, she noticed I was unsure and was very on top of things while being really friendly and patient. The food was really tasty.

Gross, soggy tofu with nasty tasting sauce. Staff looks depressed, poor kids.

Great experience here with my toddler. This is now our third time eating here. I ordered the large chicken teriyaki bowl. I had the pleasure to meet three great employees. Elaina, Jordan and Jorge and they gave exceptional services. I would highly recommend coming in and trying for yourself. The dinning area is small and they get extremely busy. But it is worth it!

The cashier at the restaurant was so helpful and gave me additional information I didn’t know about their food. You can make anything spicy. We talked until my food was ready. I’m loving this place.

I am from the Caribbean and I love spices and seasoning. I couldn’t help but notice the teriyaki chicken seemed to be grilled which I think should enhance flavor while keeping it healthier than frying in oil. I also liked that they offered options like brown rice and steamed vegetables, a great step toward healthier eating.
However, I found an issue with the seasoning. The first time I ordered, the chicken was overly spicy, masking the actual flavor. I decided to try it again, this time without the heat, only to find that it had no flavor at all. This confirmed my earlier suspicion that the heat was being used to cover up a lack of proper seasoning.
Additionally, I tried the fried rice, which unfortunately was soggy and bland. A free recommendation to the chefs: sprinkle some Jamaican jerk seasoning on that chicken, and you’ll be well on your way to good business!”

They need to improve in customer service.
Visited today twice to pick up an order, and the cashier was rude to customers, not a friendly server. Rude to me when I ask for status of the order. A customer ordered, and when the customer started paying for her order, cashier turned around, checked her phone, and started doing the little cups of teriyaki. Without saying a “proper” goodbye to customer, like; “perfect, here is your receipt. Food will come out shortly”
Customer waited for her receipt and stayed there confused on what to do.
The food is good, but customer service horrible

We visited on a Sunday at 12:30, nobody else was in the store, and they were already out of chicken breast. Then they overcharged me because my coupon didn’t go through properly. Then I tried to scan my rewards barcode on the app and I was told their scanner didn’t work, so I should scan the receipt. When I got home, I tried to scan it and the app gave me an error. Tried several more times and it still won’t work. None of the issues individually were a big deal, but all together, it was an annoying experience.
The food was good (I got chicken thighs with brown rice and vegetables), but the overall experience was not great.

had the spicy tofu Teriyaki for dinner. Firstly, it was not spicy, I mean there was literally no spice. Secondly, the meal was not prepared in teriyaki sauce, they just give you a small container of overly sweet teriyaki sauce to put on top of your meal. Lastly, it costed a little more than $15.00 for a large, which felt like mostly just rice. I've heard mixed reviews about this place and I went late at night, so i'll give it the benefit of the doubt ... that being said I'd just to chipotle next door to get something that costs less and is honestly better quality.
