Stay away from this Wendy's, didn't put sauce in the bag. Fries were cold and nasty ruined my dinner with not doing thier jobs right. Only thing that was right was the soda. Thanks for messing up my dinner

This location used to be great but has taken a nose-dive. The last time I went, we walked in and a woman behind the counter said "someone will be right with you." We waited 10 minutes and looked in back and they were standing around talking. The person I was with said, "Hello! Can someone help us please?" twice and they completely ignored us. We walked out. It's unfortunate what is happening with fast food these days.

The food is always good and satisfying. Less could be said about the service here lately. Way downhill sad to say. Used to be a completely different experience.
Zero stars would be appropriate. Have been coming here for over 15 years with great service. Visited recently, Waited over an hour in the drive thru, no sense of urgency for consumer and apology for wait. Had to repeat myself several times on speaker to get order correct. Do not go to this Wendy’s as there are better ones in the area and plenty of other fast food options in Enfield with faster, quality, service. Girl at window has major attitude.
