It’s very clear that the staff doesn’t take their jobs seriously here. From the dirty dining room, to the outrageously loud laughing, to workers being on their phones. There should be no reason why I can hear the workers full conversation about inappropriate subject matters. And then the girl on the speaker had the nerve to answer the box with an attitude. This is your place of work, not a hang out with your friends. Management should train staff to be more time efficient and respectful. I have tried to give this location many chances, your money would be better spent somewhere else.
Literally never gives sauce, even if you pay extra for it in doordash.
I stopped here for breakfast omw to work. My breakfast burrito was cold and undercooked. The eggs were half cooked bacon was not fully cooked. I've thrown up, my stomach has been hurting for two days, I have sweats and I can't eat. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone. I will never stop here again. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went through drive thru. And there was a lot of noise. So much so that I tried to place my order and the young lady had me pull up to the window and she removed her headset to take my order. The noise wasn't coming from the restaurant it was outside. If u can go in and order.

Slow service, staff are disrespectful, I even heard one of the staff bad mouthing another coworker.
No one was attending the drive-through at 7:15 am on August 19th 2025. Doors were locked to restaurant. Lights were on, employee was inside. Update your Google hours! I guess no one is getting breakfast today. Lost 4 cars worth of orders. I am contacting corporate.
I'm just a door dasher. But I'll tell you this Wendy's is disgusting. When I go in here it smells. The place is very dirty. And unsanitized. I would never eat from thus store. The health department should close this location. Down. And I saw. Mice droppings in the bathroom. And that is another story.

Service was good, no Frosty's which was fine because of the time. But I get home pumped to eat, I ate my fries first open my sandwich and it's a double cheese burger with lettuce onions pickles and mayo, I order the asiago sandwich meal, I don't eat meat, I don't eat mayo, lettuce was a joke the 6 soggy pieces that looks like it came from a pre made bag purchased at Walmart, I don't eat pickles, plain and simple it wasn't my sandwich and you guys were close so it's not like I could call or have my husband walk or ride his bike back, so I spent 12.99 on basically fries very upset. At least the fries were good. I don't even eat take out but after a long night at a concert and everything expensive I wanted a club chicken sandwich with the stuff indians can eat. And now, and by the the time my husband woke up he had to get ready for work so I didn't get to eat out of four people. Insane. #enfield #elmst this was August 6th 2025.

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 fresh chicken sandwiches combos and they prepared the sandwiches wrong , the receipt was correct. I made the supervisor who had on a red shirt with blonde braids, she could care less and she said that girl is the best sandwich maker we have, I said well she made both of my sandwiches wrong, the supervisor did not apologize, I requested a refund. Also the 2 girls up front 1 with 2 long braids and the other girl with red braids were bagging up the food, they both were touching / bagging the fries and nuggets and then touched their faces and neither one of them had gloves on. I brought this to the managers attention and she could care less, only 1 girl put on gloves the other did not and continued to touch the prepared foods with no gloves and she was on the register. Bad service, staff have bad attitudes the manager with the red shirt and blonde braids needs more management training.

Ugh! Wont go there again! No one answered at the drive thru, then when we went in we had to wait for the counter girl, then we had to wait for the advertised special, the fries were cold, the burger was cold and the frosty was 1/2 melted by the time we left!! We were there waiting for almost 1/2 hour!! Not Fst!!!

Got my Cobb salad which was poorly made. Very disappointed.
Stay away from this Wendy's, didn't put sauce in the bag. Fries were cold and nasty ruined my dinner with not doing thier jobs right. Only thing that was right was the soda. Thanks for messing up my dinner
