Ever since the change in ownership to King Donut, the quality has definitely gone WAY down. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, like I do most mornings, and I am extremely disappointed. The sandwich I have received is like half made compared to last week. I received it cold, the cheese was not melted, the bagel was completely dry. You could tell they just slapped the ingredients together. I feel like I have to FINISH making my own order with what I received. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

One of the last remaining, if not THE last remaining Whole Donut franchisees on this planet. My wife loves their glazed cake donuts and I fly them all the way out from Connecticut to San Diego for her. The service has always been excellent every time I have gone and they no longer require cash only. The overall ambience is certainly a throwback to simpler times as evidenced by my video!

Indian women with glasses is extremely rude and takes regulars orders who come in to sit down before people who were already their standing inline long before they walk in and overcharges for coffee rolls, ill go to dunkin from now on.

We had many Whole Donuts around when I was a kid and its sad to see so many go. I make it a routine to stop here when I'm up near its location, not out of nostalgia, but I authentically enjoy the coffee and donuts they have. The interior appearance needs a touch of work, but it can't be easy competing with dunkin and others.

Great donut shop with cheap prices, nice employees, & a great atmosphere. The employees are very nice and have great conversations with you. Unfortunately they close very early, but you gotta do what you gotta do (although it’s not much of a problem on the weekends.)P.S. They now accept credit & debit cards

These donuts are the best around. I grew up eating Colchester bakery donuts. Those were the best. That bakery changed ownership. I think there is no better tasting donut in North Central Ct.

⚠️‼️WARNING TODAY JUNE 4th I just witnessed the worker pick up all the donuts & food with her bare hands on top of that she had very long nails it was gross & unbelievable I just walked out they lost my business I suggest no one eats here it was really gross seeing this happen ??

Solid cuppa, the vibe is just tense for some reason. Always feels like that scene in a western where someone walks through the saloon doors and everyone stops to stare. A bit slow on anything other than coffee and you might get unlucky with service. Solid spot tho if you like coffee and tension.
