Very blah service. Appetizer and food came out at the same time. The soft pretzels for the appetizer sufficed for me because I didn’t really feel that well and they were bland, no salt. And the dipping sauce was gross. The bacon cheeseburger’ cheese was not melted and the fry portion was minimal. I asked for no bacon on my salad and it had bacon in it. The dressing was also wrong. The restaurant was very crowded like they packed too many tables in one room. We did not have a pleasant experience and will not return. It didn’t seem as though the restaurant had many standards in terms of waitstaff, customer service, and accuracy.

Overall really good spot to take a small family for a good dining experience. A few items on the menu were not entirely clear as to how it was served, but that could just be error on the placement of description. Other than that, the wait staff were attentive and pleasant attitudes and more than accommodating for anything requested. I'd be back again, as a date night this time.

The staff is warm and welcoming! Food was delicious - I got the pub burger sliders. Different areas of the place allowed for some less noisy atmosphere and the pub area had a nice vibe. I loved Wednesday night trivia and will definitely go again!
Parking: The parking is part of a shopping center so keep that in mind.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get from the parking lot to the restaurant entrance. Then inside it is flat. Aisle ways are spaced out, but depending on the width of the chair, you may have to wiggle through. The dining area is probably best over the bar area as there are more high tops.

Stopped in for an early dinner while we were in the area. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional (waitress was Stacey in Enfield).
My only complaint is that it was a little struggle for a keto diet: couldn’t get the steak without the marinade, the fried brussel sprouts had a sweet sauce on them, and the garlic parm wings had breadcrumbs over them.

Ordered takeout from here for the first time tonight. Got a caesar salad with steak that was absolutely delicious! There wasn't as much steak as I wish there was but it was still absolutely delicious. We'll be back for sure!

Upon arrival, the first staff member escorted us to the main dining room area, which unfortunately does not accommodate high chairs. Subsequently, the manager rudely instructed another staff member to relocate to a suitable location. Furthermore, the service was noticeably slow, necessitating my wife’s physical walk to the point-of-sale terminal for payment. Additionally, the food portions were deemed insufficient. Consequently, we have decided to decline further patronage and will promptly delete our Wood N Tap account.

Disappointing Experience
Our visit to this restaurant was far from enjoyable due to poor service. From the moment we arrived, our waitress seemed off—her behavior and mannerisms made it appear as though she was under the influence of something. Unfortunately, this affected the entire dining experience.
She forgot my water, brought it to another table, and even spilled it on a guest. I specifically requested peas with my pasta, but they were missing. My boyfriend upgraded to steak fries, but regular fries were served instead. When he pointed it out, she charged us for an additional side of steak fries rather than correcting the mistake.
To top it off, she picked up my boyfriend’s half-full beer can, put it down, then lifted it again and poured it into his glass so carelessly that it resulted in five inches of foam before she walked away.
Overall, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. We won’t be returning.

I have been a customer of the wood n tap in hartford, vernon and Enfield for many years. While prices have gone up i have been understanding of inflation, rising food and labor costs, etc. So when the steak on my chophouse steak salad got considerably smaller I accepted it. However last night I ordered this and also paid an additional $9.75 for a second order of the steak. Well sad to say my now $28.74 salad had less steak with 2 orders than I have ever gotten with a single order. Prices have now well exceeded the value of the meal. Very disappointed.
