Slow slow service. Waited forever to get my water refilled. The waitress was exceptionally nice but it didn’t make up for the slow service. The fish and chips were lacking, the size and quality was similar to a fast food restaurant. The burgers were good size and were good. Really was hoping for a bit better experience all around.

It's a nice atmosphere. Decent size bar area. Plenty of seating but after now having gone there three times, the service is just consistently slow. It should never take more than 5 minutes to bring the party their drinks but it seems as though the bartenders put less of a priority on drinks for tables versus drinks for the bar and there is only one bartender usually, at least the times I've been there. I think there needs to be more of an emphasis on speed of service here.

The copper top bar was sticky and smelled like sweaty pennies and the rest of the place smells like stale beer...The Burger I had was clearly a frozen patty...What ever happened to fresh food?.......I've been to other locations and it's always been a good experience. Not sure if it's this location, or the Franchise is going downhill. Sad.

This was our second time coming to Wood n Tap, the first time to this location. Just like the West Springfield location, the food was absolutely delicious (ribs, mashed potatoes, fried brussels sprouts). The creme brulee was so good, we wished we got one each, not one to share!

I'll start by saying this is truly a 3.5. The good: the service is impeccable, the atmosphere is cozy. The patio is a vibe in the summer, and inside is comfortable. With a good selection of beverages, it's a solid choice for drinks. The food is a hit or miss. I've been to several locations, on several different occasions. The steaks and grilled shrimp are usually solid choices.
