This is my first time going to aunties Annie’s , I asked for mozzarella bites with marinara sauce . I wasn’t aware that they don’t sell this item. So she proceeded to charge me for the item. She gave me a hard time for a refund. Customer service was terrible. She sat there and argue with me while I asked for the manager.

The people running it now aren’t the friendliest, customer service oriented people. They are also over baking the pretzels. They are dark brown. I used to love getting them at this location. They need to bake everything on a timer so they don’t over cook them!

Today I was there at Auntie Anne’s I ordered original pretzel nuggets and the food is so good!! So tasty and soft ?must try watermelon lemonade I personally like it and the staff were so friendly !! I suggest this place for good pretzel’s?
