Went her today for happy and wasn’t satisfied at all. The wait was awful, and when I did get my drink it was a girl who didn’t know how to make the drink. Had someone come taste it. That was the hold up. I get the drink and it was nasty. Wanted to order food and it took long for someone to come and ask me what I wanted. This was by far my worst experience here.

The food was good, but very pricy for the small portions we got. And while the server was knowledgeable about the dishes, they never checked on us once in the hour and a half we were there after getting our food. The food itself took 45 minutes to come out. In short: was it good? Yes. Will we go back? No.

Was there for happy hour at the bar. I don't know the bartender's name, but the dirty martini's were spot on and spanking cold! He was very attentive to my group. My only "complaint" is that Brio is in Westfarms Mall, so you need to deal with the parking morons and the junior high schoolers who hang out there just to get into the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
