The WORST service at a Dunkin ever. Multiple occasions made to wait 5 mins to be acknowledged in the store. Only 1 crew member there had her bsck turned looking in a food drawer the entire time. She never once said 'hi," or " I'm sorry I didn't see you, how can I help you?" There is no sense of urgency or friendly greeting. Then the order takes 10 mins. I used to work at Dunkin and this location needs additional staff and a manager on duty. going here rather than "Run" my day on Dunkin Dunkin made me late. I would have been better off eating at home fr I can do a better job. Praise God

Placed an order through the app. The place didn't have the item, they asked me to submit a refund request through the app. I did that, and Customer Service said that the store would follow up. No response from the store. Avoid this place, they will let you pay for something they can't deliver, then keep your money, and finally ghost you.
The staff is always busy eating and sipping coffee themselves. They are taking breakfast job pretty seriously. Since one of the attendant was busy eating I had to wait 20 mins for my food.

This place is the worst….. Came in today for a coffee and the line was pretty big. One person behind the counter by himself. His name was Mario and he was working very hard. He’s one person and it’s a busy Saturday morning. It’s not his fault that no one showed up to help. Poor management…. Here’s a tip for the manager and owner. When people call out, good leaders step up and lead by example. The owner or manager should have came in to help, or get another employee to come in. Also, whoever made the sign that’s near the register informing customers about up charges, you need to re-do the sign. Horrible grammar…
First time here- enjoyed my matcha latte and muffin. Received exceptional customer service from Elyse and Mario. Overall, great fast food and even better workers. All my coworkers at CCMC recommend you guys, and I see why. Thanks again!!

Lazy woman heard my order and deliberately gave my husband something else. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this store so I have reported them to corporate.
The lazy woman working the counter had a bad attitude. She heard my order and deliberately gave my husband the wrong order. Apparently, that is a frequesnt problem at this location and I will be contacting the corporate iffice.
Great service and food the morning of 11/22/23. Asked for extra toasted bagel and hash browns. Where most DD throw the food in the microwave for 11 seconds and call it a day, this food was delicious and cared for. The man cooking the food had a great attitude and was helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend thank you.
