I always enjoy an XL hot coffee and occasionally either one of their hot and tasty breakfast sandwiches or their yummy doughnuts. And ordering them through the Dunkin app is a breeze and keeps me away from the lines. It's a simple yet enjoyable experience and treat for me!! 😊😋

Don't come here if you want anything more complicated than a coffee. I've been here a few times now and some of their drink machines never seem to be working-they must be made by the same company that makes McDonald's ice cream machines. The store itself doesn't look well maintained either, and the manager there is rude.
The WORST service at a Dunkin ever. Multiple occasions made to wait 5 mins to be acknowledged in the store. Only 1 crew member there had her bsck turned looking in a food drawer the entire time. She never once said 'hi," or " I'm sorry I didn't see you, how can I help you?" There is no sense of urgency or friendly greeting. Then the order takes 10 mins. I used to work at Dunkin and this location needs additional staff and a manager on duty. going here rather than "Run" my day on Dunkin Dunkin made me late. I would have been better off eating at home fr I can do a better job. Praise God Sheesh y'all no bueno no bueno. Avoid this Dunkin if you value your time and want service

Placed an order through the app. The place didn't have the item, they asked me to submit a refund request through the app. I did that, and Customer Service said that the store would follow up. No response from the store. Avoid this place, they will let you pay for something they can't deliver, then keep your money, and finally ghost you.

The staff is always busy eating and sipping coffee themselves. They are taking breakfast job pretty seriously. Since one of the attendant was busy eating I had to wait 20 mins for my food.
