Worst service ever this location has horrible service.
The person working the counter this morning with the ponytails custom swore at me because my bagel was not done correctly.
Customer before me she was very rude to and flipped the middle finger to the customer because their order was wrong.
I highly recommend avoiding this location

We are in town working at the high school. We have ordered through the app a few times from here in the last couple of weeks. My husband gets the peppered bacon. The first 2 times the bacon was good and heated up. The 3rd and 4th times the bacon was cold and had a bunch of grease on it. My husband talked to the girl with the long hair and braids and told her that the bacon was cold. She rudely interrupted him and told him it comes cold. He tried to tell her that it was good the first 2 times but this time it wasn't. She kept interrupting saying it comes cold while rolling her eyes. She snatched the bacon from him and threw it away while telling him if he wants it heated then he needs to ask at the register. Um hello! If we knew it came cold we wouldn't have mentioned it being cold. The fact that it was so greasy is why he even mentioned it. I stepped in and told her she didn't need to be so rude and she gave me the same attitude. One thing I can't stand is a person that works with the public and is rude. If you hate people so much and are that miserable that you have to be rude, just stay home!

The only guy I’ve had a pleasant experience is the dude with the glasses. The women here especially are extreme unprofessional.
Never have I had a worst experience . I was at this location to pick up two orders . Upon arrival the lady working Looks at me and give me a face of disgust . I say good morning and she says I don’t have to say anything to you . I asked her to confirm the orders since they are in a sealed bag and she refused. She then purposely give me the wrong order knowing it’s for a delivery . Nobody that miserable should be working at my favorite place to go to in the morning.

Extremely unprofessional. I usually go there before school and the guy at the register is always nice and chipper but today he wasn't there. I got there at 5:10 and google says it opens at 5. The door was unlocked so i walked in. The lady took her time and pressed the computer really hard i thought she was going to break it or her finger. Once she took my order she made my bagel and threw it at me. Like actually threw it. By the way i was being nice and polite. I got in the car as she locked the door behind me. Once i opened the bag the bagel wasn't even cooked. Like girl i know life sucks but why be mad at me. So i thought oh maybe it opens at 5:30 and i got the time wrong and that she unlocked the door early, but apparently not. I went to the unionville one after because i was worried she spit in my food. The lady at the unionville one said they open at 5 and that the lady was very unprofessional. I was happy to get validation. Anyways, usually love the place but that lady was so mean i don't know if I’ll go back.

Absolutely awful experience. I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app last Sunday for a dozen donuts for my daughter’s school event. When I arrived at the store, the staff casually told me they had no donuts left and pointed to the empty shelves — no apology, no explanation, nothing. I showed them my order confirmation, but they just said since it was an online order, they couldn’t do anything and told me to handle it through the app myself.
When I got home, I discovered there was no way to request a refund in the app. I emailed customer service and included everything — the order confirmation screenshot, email address used, store location, order number, time, full details. I gave them all the proof they needed. Two days later, they replied saying they “couldn’t find my order” and demanded a long code that only registered users receive. I made the purchase as a guest, so I don’t have that code — and now they’re using that as an excuse to avoid responsibility.
So let me get this straight: I paid for something I never received, provided full documentation, and I’m still being denied a refund — all because I didn’t create an account? That’s ridiculous.
The store staff didn’t care, the app is useless for guest users, and customer service clearly doesn’t care about doing the right thing. This is unacceptable and I’ll never be using this app or visiting this location again. Do better, Dunkin.

Normally I come here often on my commute to school to get breakfast. I don’t know if I’ll be going back. My last visit there was not good.
The guy at the front counter, who’s usually funny and helpful, this past time he would not stop wiping his nose with his bare hand. He didn’t use a tissue, or hand sanitizer. He then went to the order pickup side of the counter and started putting stickers on orders. It was concerning and very obvious. He wasn’t even trying to hide what he was doing. I get that it’s allergy season and we’re getting out of winter, a lot of people have runny noses, but the bare minimum is to use a tissue and hand sanitizer, if not wash your hands, ESPECIALLY in food service.
The employees regularly engage in conversation very loudly about their customers and their opinions. I get that it’s fast food but it’s unprofessional.
The food is usually fine but service and cleanliness are pretty terrible there. I will not be coming back.

Looks like other people have had similar experiences to mine. The man behind the counter didn't even want to speak to me. I just waited in front of the counter for someone to take my order (the place was empty) and he slowly walked up to me. I asked for a Coolatta, and he just stared at me. Eventually, he blurted out "What kind?" with attitude, like I was dumb for not telling him. He refused to say much else, even when giving me my receipt. He then put his head down and went back on his phone.
I really don't know why I was getting this attitude. My fault for not going to the Starbucks down the street instead, I guess?

Don't come here!!! Horrible experience. Young male employee had head face down on the counter taking my order. He yelled at another employee for making a mistake. He told employee to dump coffee because it was disgusting. Finally when my order was ready and I said thank you there was no response. I will never return to this Farmington CT location.

The people behind the counter clearly do not care about their job and verbally make it known while making your order. Being a customer is apparently an inconvenience and is reflected by the quality of your order. The lady with the pink hair forgot half of my order and when I politely asked where the other bagel was, I was given attitude and was talked to rudely. When I got back to car I saw she dumped the hashbrowns in and they were upside down and all over the bottom of the main bag. Extremely poor customer service and management.

Horrible, it's no use at all, rubbish, the coffee is of no use at all, pure water, I sent for it now online, I asked for a job at the lake, some lazy people don't do anything there, they won't prepare anything, there's no coffee, they sell water, tremendous rubbish.
