This has got to be one of the worst DD I've ever visited. Walk in to get a coffee and the girl working looks right at me and doesn't even acknowledge me. I see that she's making a coffee for another customer but doesn't even say a word to me. How about I'll be right with you. I look behind the counter to the right and 2 other employees are on their cell phones. One was the older lady w/ the glasses that manages the place. The place is filthy. How about picking up a broom and keeping the area clean. All set with this place and I'll be calling the Health Department to file a complaint.

I’m not a Dunkin’ Donut person. But I’m a coffee person. I went there to buy hot coffee for me and my coworker. I told the cashier my order 2 middle coffees 3 French vanilla shots,and 3 creams . She didn’t ask me if I wanted them hot or cold and i didn’t remember to tell her hot . She served both of them cold and I’ve no choice but to leave with them as they were. When I got back to work my coworker say he doesn’t drink cold coffee and neither do I .. so I wasted my money for something I didn’t want.

I got a french vanillia cappuccino & 2 Bavarian cream doughnuts .The cappuccino was very strong , and I could barely taste the French vanilla, The doughnuts was ok.

Very rude. The place is also messy and bathrooms are disgusting!! I tried to ask the lady at the counter a question and she was so rude. Did not even look up and mumbled some thing. I have no idea what she said then continue doing whatever it was. She was doing for another solid five minutes and never even acknowledged that I was standing there awful service.

This place is horrible…. Was in there yesterday and many unsanitary issues…. Dirty mop on the floor, not even in the bucket. The whole area smelt like the dirty mop. It compelled like urine

In town for training. Stopped by yesterday to get iced coffee. Got a hot coffee and a 1/4 inch of grounds in the bottom. Stopped again this morning for breakfast hoping the service would be better. It wasn't. This time I ordered an iced coffee and a 10 pack of munchkins- glazed. Got the iced coffee as ordered, but the munchkins were 4 different kinds and just tossed into a bag. Not what I had ordered at all. I really expected better from such a popular chain. I won't be back.
