I got a french vanillia cappuccino & 2 Bavarian cream doughnuts .The cappuccino was very strong , and I could barely taste the French vanilla, The doughnuts was ok.

Very rude. The place is also messy and bathrooms are disgusting!! I tried to ask the lady at the counter a question and she was so rude. Did not even look up and mumbled some thing. I have no idea what she said then continue doing whatever it was. She was doing for another solid five minutes and never even acknowledged that I was standing there awful service.

This place is horrible…. Was in there yesterday and many unsanitary issues…. Dirty mop on the floor, not even in the bucket. The whole area smelt like the dirty mop. It compelled like urine

Check your orders. They ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. just went back this afternoon because my order was wrong to receive another wrong order.
In town for training. Stopped by yesterday to get iced coffee. Got a hot coffee and a 1/4 inch of grounds in the bottom. Stopped again this morning for breakfast hoping the service would be better. It wasn't. This time I ordered an iced coffee and a 10 pack of munchkins- glazed. Got the iced coffee as ordered, but the munchkins were 4 different kinds and just tossed into a bag. Not what I had ordered at all. I really expected better from such a popular chain. I won't be back.

Omgoooosh I just got food delivered to my home and this is the first time I've tasted perfectly made dunkin food. It was super fresh and even the hashbrowns were golden, and my order was packaged neatly. I am super happy with my order. Thank you for the fresh food, you are truly appreciated. I love dunkin, and have been disappointed in many stores but not this one!!!
