9/4/25 Came in around 7:45am - girl cooking didnt put any cheese on my sandwich, and then said “Bacon egg and cheese” when she handed it out… Likeeee did she not realize or something? Or were they out??

Dropping in to say thanks to the staff at this location for going above and beyond for me. I asked about the summer special Munchin Bucket, and was told they had already sold out. But the team member asked when I needed it and immediately offered to try to source one from another location. I showed up two days later, an hour late, and my bucket was waiting, filled with Munchkins.

To whom it may concern,

I haven’t been to Dunkin many years but I recently found something’s on the menu that I really like. Specifically the candied bacon.

It’s on my way to this jobsite that I am currently working at and I got hooked. So I’ve been stopping here every morning.

The first time was great the bacon was warm a tasted incredible and even the second time. But the 3rd time which was yesterday it was cold and had a big pile of bacon grease on it. I even threw that chunk of bacon out due to the excessive grease on it.

So today when I stopped in I told me wife that we needed to check it and make sure that it was warm at the least and with no grease on it.

It was cold, so I tried to get the woman behind the counters attention and let her know that it was cold. She immediately had an attitude with me and was rolling her eyes like a child and very rudely told me that it was supposed to be cold. When I tried to explain to her that when I first bought it, it wasn’t cold, she kept rolling her eyes and wouldn’t let me even get a word in or explain myself.

My wife stepped in and told her that she didn’t need to be so rude to us as I was walking off because I didn’t want to escalate an already out of control situation. She continued to be rude to my wife until my wife had to walk away as well.

This behavior is what is unacceptable, everything would have been fine if she had attempted to listen and just make it right. We order online every morning and usually order the same thing and now I don’t even want to order because I feel like our food and drinks may be compromised.

The woman who treated us this way was taller and thin and had long hair with a double pony tail and white eyeliner makeup around her eyes. She was acting very rude and amped up. I’m not sure what to do but I do know that you guys record everything that goes on in your stores and I would like you to review the footage and to please stop this woman from treating your customers like trash and serving sub par food.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every day and just had one of the worst experiences of my life. I order a specific drink made a specific way because I have serious dietary restrictions. The kid making my drink could not even be bothered to get the order right. The woman who was pulling the drinks made a completely different drink than I ordered called it and walked away I said that’s not what I ordered. She rolled her eyes and went to the next customer. The kid who put the drink in the register gave me the most heinous attitude I have ever experienced and said that is what I wrote and when I asked the drink to be made again he started slamming things around and Yanking the handle to pour the coffee again like I inconvenienced him for doing his job wrong. I asked for the manager‘s name and they just wrote a random person‘s name on a slip of paper without a phone number or anything. I said I know retail sucks but you’re gonna kill someone with an attitude like that. Unreal. I will never come here again and I will make sure all of my friends and family and Farmington know the same.

Trash service. Asked to buy a few cups of water and said “we don’t do that here” the lady at the counter looked homeless and was rude and seemed happy to turn me down. I asked to call a manager as I was willing to pay for them and came back and said “mam we don’t do that here” like what? I’ll never support here again.

I started going here recently and this Dunkin is amazing. Their customer service is incredible and the staff do a great job. It’s clean and my order has been perfect every time. I’m so happy i found a good Dunkin. This is a rare gem. Thank you for all that you do!!

There are gas stations better than this store. I really should have taken 10 minutes to make food myself. My bad.

I don’t think they have cleaned at all; maybe ever. The food took forever, it wasn’t what I ordered, and quite frankly, it was terrible. I know it’s Dunkin, and I’m not expecting hand crafted artisan service, but it would be nice to be in a clean place without surly cursing employees.

I’ve been going to Dunkin unionville EVERY DAY for about 2 years now because of how friendly the staff is, the speed of my order being made, and for the daily need of my iced tea and hashbrowns (haha). As soon as the staff see me enter through the door I see smiles and someone getting my order ready. Every single employee works extremely hard and is very passionate about making their customers happy. I drive out of my way for this location, they make me feel like a princess. 10/10. Shoutout Michaela, Mikey, Tracy, and everyone else!!

Placed an online order, waited almost 30 min for the order, no one acknowledged us waiting....decided to walk up to the counter and my order was just sitting there the whole time behind the shelf where the mobile orders go. Got home and the food was undercooked.
