I’ve been going to Dunkin unionville EVERY DAY for about 2 years now because of how friendly the staff is, the speed of my order being made, and for the daily need of my iced tea and hashbrowns (haha). As soon as the staff see me enter through the door I see smiles and someone getting my order ready. Every single employee works extremely hard and is very passionate about making their customers happy. I drive out of my way for this location, they make me feel like a princess. 10/10. Shoutout Michaela, Mikey, Tracy, and everyone else!!

Placed an online order, waited almost 30 min for the order, no one acknowledged us waiting....decided to walk up to the counter and my order was just sitting there the whole time behind the shelf where the mobile orders go. Got home and the food was undercooked.

Mobile ordered a coffee and sandwich. Never got the sandwich as they had no idea what I was talking about, yet it was on the receipt. I teach right down the street and they never get an order correct.

Every morning I order a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a medium half decaf coffee and I have always been getting a burnt croissant and grounds in my coffee to the point I have to throw out almost half my coffee. On the up side it is always ready and hot when I pick it up. I am tired of paying good money for a burnt sandwich and coffee that I have to throw out. If this does not change I will not continue to go to any Dunkin Donut franchise.
Well, the girl working is sadly a drug addict, I've seen it for months but after today I am fed up. She was in the bathroom getting high, you can hear the various steps and the sniffs. When I knocked on the bathroom I was told just a second. 10 minutes later she emerged and went back to work. She did not wash her hands, she came out VERY high, my husband's employee was with me and we both KNEW. ALL of the other customers KNEW. WHYYY management hasn't told her go to rehab or lose her job is beyond me. She couldn't handle giving back change without nodding, she managed to screw up my small hot coffee with 3 Splenda..what a simple order..When this post is seen, you will know who I am talking about. After today, I will be calling management and corporate. This was absolutely appalling and disgusting. Health dept will also recieve a call, her hands should have been washed but she went back to work after doing drugs and never ran that sink! When someone is drugged and overdosed by her, this location should be sued to the point of having to close.Absolutely disgusted!

Visited in store on 12/26/23 at approx 11:45 AM. Very great service, the man working hot food went above and beyond during my bagel creation. They were clearly busy, but handled everything very well. Thanks Dunkin' Unionville!

And let me add VERY VERY Messy milk all over the floor and counters completely horrible and they just remodel the place SMH!!! Need to hire better people to run this place too !!!
