The bagels are very good. The customer service and ladies behind the counter need some more training. This morning I was in getting bagels and two of the ladies were so unprofessional. The way they were speaking with customers was completely inappropriate. Hoes whores and cheating aren't appropriate conversations for a business. I have been sitting here for 25 minutes after I ordered a sausage egg and cheese. Absolute terrible operation going on. You would think someone would ask me what I ordered. This is what happens when you have incompetent workers. I have frequented the one in Farmington with no issues. As I am writing this they just told me they were out of hard rolls. Absolute joke. Terrible establishment.
