Went back after 3 years about 11:45 am and they are already out of most bagels. If that's all you sell and none left then this business is sad. I only went because I was across the street. Good Morning bagels on Farmington ave taste better and a bit cheaper.
Not one worker wearing masks. The positivity rate is 24% come on now. Prices are high and very skimpy breakfast sandwich. They were fast though. Will not go back due to no masks

I came here once before & practically had to beg someone to take my order. Trying again, this time called it in. 45 minutes before closing, the grill & toaster are both turned off, so those type of foods are not available. Who does business like this? They close at 2. Clearly they do not care about good service & making available what they sell.

The food is not the question here. iTS THE AWFUL, RUDE, PASSIVE BAD ATTITUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We frequent this place and in the last few months the customer service has gotten horrendous. Asked for a French dip but the lazy girl taking the order simply says we don’t have the meat cut. So pick something else. THE OWNER should reevaluate the front end staff. Not a greeting or thank you for coming nothing but pure attitude. Time to find a new bagel shop.

My rating is for their service. There needs to be a study on the customer service at this place. Awful attitudes from multiple employees . I keep giving it a chance to see if a different employee would change my mind or if being a regular would change anything but it hasn’t happened. Even a simple good morning, have a good day etc like simple etiquette / manners would have made a huge difference on my impression.

Best breakfast spot in the Farmington/bristol/Plainville area. The food is always delicious. I love their selection of flavored cream cheese, specifically the jalapeño and the walnut raisin. I haven't been able to find a better bagel in the area, they are so good. My favorite is a grilled cheddar bagel with sausage, cheese and egg. Also try the banana hazelnut iced coffee, sounds like a strange flavor but I'm obsessed. The people who work here are fast and efficient especially with how busy this place is. Frequently there is a line out the door but they do their best to move things along quickly. They are always happy and cheerful and create a nice environment. They know all of their regular customers names and stories and create a cheers like environment but with coffee and bacon. Love this place.

Staff is more interested in blaring the music and singing than waiting on guests. Bagels are ok at best and priced much higher than most places. The main cook top is disgusting, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Total fire hazzard.

If I could give less than one star I would! Service is awful. Wait time is unexceptionable. Staff should concentrate on working instead of it being a social hour. Never coming back.

Leaving a review isn’t my thing but the service here is bad. I’ve been here about 5-6 times and at least 3 times my order was wrong after calling it in. This morning, I called my order in and my order was made wrong. I told one of the girls in the front, then repeated my order and they made me a new sandwich. When I got in the car, I realized my sandwich was still wrong. It wasn’t even on the right bagel. If I didn’t have to be somewhere, I would’ve had to wait for a 3rd sandwich to be made. It wasn’t as busy as it usually is in there, otherwise, I would be more understanding. The ladies working there have to pay more attention to what they’re doing! Today was ridiculous! It’s frustrating to have to wait for an order that should’ve been ready. It’s a shame because the food isn’t bad.

Nothing special I found in this shop. I had pumpernickel with jalapeno cream cheese and did not like it. Jalapeno cream cheese was sour and felt stale. Pumpernickel was not pumpernickel at all, felt like normal bagel. For that $6.25, total waste of money.

I would like to start of by saying that they serve an excellent product. The problem is the management of the staff. There is a lack of management/leadership. They're far from efficient. The staff is behind the counter having personal conversations and not focused on the task at hand. 25 minutes is far to long to wait for a breakfast sandwiches.
