I ordered fries for my son and they gave me cold left over fries. Called manager who was just cold. I told him I was not calling for free fries and or refund but I wanted to give him constructive criticism but was absolutely indifferent and said ok and hung up

We had a great time at Five Guys. Before I say my order, they give you heaping helpings of fries, whether small, regular, (Medium, I suppose) or large. They put some on a white cup, then, after that, they put some in the bag. Like, what are you on, Five Guys? Anyhow, I had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with regular fries. Sharon got a little cheeseburger and small fries. Sharon did not get a shake, but I did. They only came in one size, (Which was probably a small) so I got a vanilla shake with chocolate, oreo pieces, and oreo cremé. Thank you, Farmington, for the best (And filling) lunch ever!

Always love the food from Five Guys. Would absolutely love to go more often but I would be obese and importantly, broke.
The food and service was excellent. Hot, tasted fresh and of course “bottomless” fries are always an expectation.
However, it was a Wednesday night, they were very busy but only 3 workers, whom you could tell were feeling tired and over worked.
1 guy on the grill, 1 guy managing fries and handing out orders, and 1 guy taking orders, prepping buns, giving orders to grill, and making milkshakes. That’s just too much work for a crew of 3. Also while maintaining a clean atmosphere. Hopefully they can hire more staff or schedule better but again overall great experience.
Parking: Ample parking, just be careful leaving the parking lot as plenty of traffic on Farmington Ave at the right time.

It's a Five Guys pretty much like every other five guys. The burgers are a little bland, the hot dogs are a little bland, the peanuts are plentiful, and the shakes are okay. But you know exactly what you're getting in terms of food quality when you walk in the door here, so it's fine.
