Love this place, the only thing I dislike is fry portions are shrinking. I remember getting a large and having a large scoop and a large cup of fries.. You're lucky if you get a full scoop now.. Great burgers great fries period.

I filled out the online survey, usually five guys as a known quantity. Tonight it took an inordinate amount of time to get our food and I doubt there was any ice cream present in my chocolate shake. It was absolutely chocolate milk.

I ordered a grill cheese the cheese wasn't even melted. Bun was hard. Waited 10min for a grilled cheese. The young man who took my order was friendly. They greeted me as I walked in.

My friend & I stopped there a few mins before opening, but the Mgr saw us pull in & opened the door without hesitation. Staff was friendly, food was freshly made & hot. Location, including bathroom, was very clean, too. Definitely will return next time we're in the area!
