I’ve had both the gelato and a smoothie from here and both were delicious. It’s a lovely family owned business and everyone there is very kind. My compliments to the creamer.

Super nice and attentive staff (two young women and owner?) Handled our 9-person group easily. Everyone tried medium cups with two flavors. Nutella was a favorite. Big comfy chairs just in front of store. Great place to eat ice cream and talk. Thanks!

I drove 30 minutes to find a gelato spot. I did get there at 545 due to traffic( they close at 6). Lights were off and they announced they were closed with myself and a few other people waiting for service. Bad first impression, won’t be back

A business selling ice cream/gelato that doesn't give away free samples is doing it wrong. They either don't believe in their product or are trying to save a few pennies while losing customers and earning poor reviews. They also don't accept all credit cards, which is frustrating to see and is another indicator that they care less about customer satisfaction and more about the bottom line. The product is just standard gelato, but the fact that they serve it with sample spoons just makes it even more annoying that they won't allow you to try before buying. There is a reason why there is always a line at the pretzel shop and never one here.
I had a small cup strawberry and mango smoothie. It was exceptionally good. As a matter of fact, one of the best refreshing smoothies I have had in a long time. I also had frozen yogurt with fruit toppings, and it was also awesome. Frozen yogurts in general is not my favorite because it’s too sour and tangy but this store had the perfect balance of all flavors. What a pleasant surprise!!! 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

My best frozen yogurt and smoothie!I don’t know why the rating is low. It’s cool because it’s in a mall, and the smoothie is the best I’ve had in the US… After eating, I came back to eat again a second time.Very clean and nice frozen yogurt shop!We also had natural fruit smoothie. The price is reasonable and it tastes so good.The staff is very kind and welcoming.

Poor quality ice cream, not authentic, doesn't even taste like what flavors we chose, cheap cup and spoon. Do not have option to taste before buy. Pathetic. Never going back.

Low star rating is due to the poor attempt of the work staff attempting to not cross contaminate..I think. My recent experience: I asked for a specific Gelato and I received it with no issues. However, what's the point of the gloves? The staff member wore gloves, served me my Gelato, then cashed me out with the same gloves, then went to the sink and rinsed out a blender container with the same gloves. So what's the point of the gloves unless the goal is to avoid any contact on his skin? Just didn't look right. The other staff member present did the same thing.

i dont know why anyone gave them low stars but the nutella gelato is by far the best ever. the man working is friendly. lots of people here enjoying his work for antuesday morning! mydaughter licked her bowl clean haha
