I only get breakfast here but the food is fine, the service is quick and the lady who is most consistently there in the morning is nice and pleasant. The amount of negative reviews here is baffling. My cats also are baffled.

God this McDonald’s sucks. Did a mobile order and it took 27 min from order to food ready even though when I got to there 13 min later it said it was serving my number. I asked the kid behind the counter for an update and he said yeah and didn’t check on anything. No sorry from the manager. She said it was because of the large group in front of me, which was still ordering when I arrived so obviously not true. The Big Mac was basically not heated up, worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. Also, forgot my sweet and sour sauce. It’s always Soooooo slow. What’s the point of going to McDonald to wait almost 30 min for food. I don’t know why I even give them more chances. I know it’s McDonald’s but still…do yourself the favor, drive a bit further to the Simsbury one. For the additional driving time, you’ll get friendlier service and probably get your food faster over all

Waited to place order over 5 mins And note there was no one in line Ordered food given receipt and table number and was told they would bring me food
Now there where only three tables in restaurant being used 25 mins later I walk up to counter again waiting for an extended time frame finally a lady comes out I had to ask her excuse me any idea when my food will be ready She states oh I called you Huh I am literally sitting where you can see my table with the table number the cashier gave me No sorry nothing

The manager is racist,rude,and unprofessional. She fight with me and make a false statement about me eating a sandwich when I order something for my son and they prepare wrong. My son is autistic kid and he smell everything and spit out the cheeseburger because they put onion on it. And she don’t want to resolve me because I don’t have the whole cheeseburger. And I showed her the thing in the bag that my son spit out and she said no anyway. I pay other cheeseburger for my son because he wants to eat it but she don’t need to do this kind of stuff to anybody. She heard me talking in Spanish. She don’t care about me just they need to keep attention for their work and prepare the food right and be better with the customer. She don’t want to give me her name and any phone number to make a report.
