Waited to place order over 5 mins And note there was no one in line Ordered food given receipt and table number and was told they would bring me food
Now there where only three tables in restaurant being used 25 mins later I walk up to counter again waiting for an extended time frame finally a lady comes out I had to ask her excuse me any idea when my food will be ready She states oh I called you Huh I am literally sitting where you can see my table with the table number the cashier gave me No sorry nothing

The manager is racist,rude,and unprofessional. She fight with me and make a false statement about me eating a sandwich when I order something for my son and they prepare wrong. My son is autistic kid and he smell everything and spit out the cheeseburger because they put onion on it. And she don’t want to resolve me because I don’t have the whole cheeseburger. And I showed her the thing in the bag that my son spit out and she said no anyway. I pay other cheeseburger for my son because he wants to eat it but she don’t need to do this kind of stuff to anybody. She heard me talking in Spanish. She don’t care about me just they need to keep attention for their work and prepare the food right and be better with the customer. She don’t want to give me her name and any phone number to make a report.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had to wait 20 minutes for a shamrock McFlurry that wasn’t even mixed and had soupy ice cream. The staff were extremely rude and told me to ‘just mix it up’. There was also an acrid smell coming from the kitchen and my cheeseburger came out as a fish o filet. I didn’t get any type of refund and had to pay for this sorry excuse of a meal.

First time went in smelled like someone threw up. Only one ordering kiosk with a long line and no register to order from. The toilet would not flush and pee or toilet leaking all over the floor. Workers coughing on gloves picking stuff off the floor and then handling food. Gross stay away from this one restaurant.
I can’t understand how this place is a 3.5 Food was good,hot,fresh and on time. Thanks and btw the place was spotless and clean

I ordered a twenty piece nuggets and they put one barbeque sauce in the bag. I asked for a extra the staff rolled his eyes and said no I already put in the bag. So I went to another staff and they gave me extra sauce. Then the rude staff said your only supposed to get one sauce per order. He told me not to come back this location.

A take out order was placed that included 5 apple pies. The entire meal is packaged and then they let me know they only have 4 apple, do I want strawberry. I say no, the guy looks pissed & says nothing & walks away. I wait a bit (my food is getting cold) and finally asked if I was getting another apple pie or a refund?
The rude short manger came over and was nasty but gave me my money back for the missing apple pie.
And to add insult to injury, they never packed my nugget meal. Tried to call them and only get a fax number. I’ve never get good service at this unionville location! TERRIBLE MANAGER!
