P.F. Chang's

Food was OK, it up to the typical P.f. chang's usual quality. Fried rice had large clumps of white rice, not fully mixed in, the batter on the chicken was very heavy.

Ho hum experience. Nothing special honestly. Wish there were more choices - they like to combine items to make it look like it's a special deal but it is not. There are way too many upcharges. I wouldn't return.

Service was spotty despite very few diners. Food was okay but not up to standards at other P F Changs

P.F. Changs' food just isn't the quality it used to be. It's identical to the freezer isle at the grocery store. It used to be fresh and amazing... but no longer.

slow to start but good thereafter. arrived early for reservation but had to wait until the arranged time. no drink menus given when seated, and that slowed our start. waiter then distracted with others as we had to wait to get them and then to get the drinks. after that, all went smooth and efficiently.

There seemed to he an inconsistency in the preparation of the dishes we ordered. The quality of the experience has changed over the years. There wasn't much in the way of veggies in the sweet and sour chicken. The beef lo mein veggies weren't cooked enough, and the noodles were dry. The manager made an effort to correct the issue, which was appreciated. I can remember when you would be served a trio of sauces at the table when you were seated, and the dishes were full of veggies and protein. That is not the case anymore.

We were seated near the kitchen which was not ideal, however the food and service was very good.

Good food and great service. Restaurant needs a refresh inside. Many seating areas worn and in need of attention.

Always love this place. Just wish they would find another cleaner for the tables. I hate that they are sticky. But that's what happens with wood tables.

I just sat had a meal here with my friend and can I just say the service was excellent!!! My server Scooba did a fantastic job at making sure we were well takin care of and was able to help us in any way possible! He was so sweet and kind, I would come back just for him!

What an absolutely delicious dinner we had at PF Chang’s the other night. The service was top-notch. And our server, Scooba, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. We had an amazing experience and look forward to being back.

The past few times I have ordered takeout I have had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone comes over to me. It's rude when people are walking back and forth or walking past you and not asking if you've been helped. I went yesterday and this is what happened. Another young lady was there before me and had been waiting as well. The woman said she was going to get her food BUT NEVER came back. I also asked a guy to help us and he said he was going to help and he also never came back. I was late for work plus I ordered orange chicken and it was dry. There was no sauce on it at all.

Honestly, this place is pretty bad. Food doesn't have flavor anymore. Ordered Chicken teriyaki and it was deep fried? Decided to order something else, so I got the sesame chicken, not fries. Super bland, couldnt even tell what the sauce tasted like. We also got the beef with broccoli. The beef was paper thin and dry and the sauce tasted the same as the Mongolian beef. Bartender was great though. Also corporate decided to get rid of pork? What place that sells Chinese food doesn't sell pork.

I had an amazing dining experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our waitress, Shannon. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. From drink refills to checking in at just the right moments, Shannon’s service was exceptional. She had a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel welcome, and her attention to detail really enhanced the experience. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
