I just sat had a meal here with my friend and can I just say the service was excellent!!! My server Scooba did a fantastic job at making sure we were well takin care of and was able to help us in any way possible! He was so sweet and kind, I would come back just for him!

What an absolutely delicious dinner we had at PF Chang’s the other night. The service was top-notch. And our server, Scooba, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. We had an amazing experience and look forward to being back.
The past few times I have ordered takeout I have had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone comes over to me. It's rude when people are walking back and forth or walking past you and not asking if you've been helped. I went yesterday and this is what happened. Another young lady was there before me and had been waiting as well. The woman said she was going to get her food BUT NEVER came back. I also asked a guy to help us and he said he was going to help and he also never came back. I was late for work plus I ordered orange chicken and it was dry. There was no sauce on it at all.

Honestly, this place is pretty bad. Food doesn't have flavor anymore. Ordered Chicken teriyaki and it was deep fried? Decided to order something else, so I got the sesame chicken, not fries. Super bland, couldnt even tell what the sauce tasted like. We also got the beef with broccoli. The beef was paper thin and dry and the sauce tasted the same as the Mongolian beef. Bartender was great though. Also corporate decided to get rid of pork? What place that sells Chinese food doesn't sell pork.

This was our first time in PF Chang's. Our waitress Bella and food server Greg were excellent! Bella even sprinted to the bar when I wanted to change my drink order at the last minute! I had the chicken lettuce wraps which were very good! My husband had the teriyaki beef bowl and the pork egg roll. He enjoyed every bite! We finished our meal with the Great Wall of Chocolate cake sooo good! We will definitely be back!

The service was pleasant; we arrived around 2:30 pm, and the waiter was polite and helpful. However, the food was disappointing. My fried rice was barely warm, with a hard, grainy texture, though it had decent flavor. My son’s rice was burned, with a harsh smoky taste that was awful, and he never received a replacement until we asked for to-go plates. The honey chicken was chewy, as was the shrimp in the lo mein, which was overcooked along with the beef, making it tough to chew. We had really high expectations for this place, but it fell far short of what we hoped for. This place was also extremely cold and when asked if they could adjust it slightly they mentioned climate at restaurant controlled by corporate.
