P.F. Chang's

At the restaurant today for lunch. Ha orange chicken. Service was slow. Food was just OK. I was dissatisfied with the lunch prices as well.

EXTREMELY rude front desk staff. Comically bad service as it was clear he didn’t want to be there, or want us to be there either. We just needed to know where to pick up our take out order. He turned around as he saw us walking in and pretended to be busy (look man I used to work retail) until I finally saw the take out sign myself and we squeezed our way through the narrow bar to grab our cold, unattended food that literally anyone could have taken. I get that service jobs suck and this is kind of the way of the world now, but dang. I even tipped for an online order, pretty well, which I now regret doing.

Place was dark and cold inside dining room. Waiter was wrong with our order since he thought he didnt need to write it down and food was ehhhh ok at best. Waiter was pleasant and attentive very positive attitude. Will be back sometime in a year or so if its still there.

6/14/24: Took my nieces and daughter out for a shopping day and went to P.F. Chang's for a late lunch. The service we received from Angel was absolutely exceptional; I've never had such a phenomenal dining experience. Every need we had was anticipated and taken care. The food was absolutely incredible, fresh and flavorful. Before we even finished eating, we were all talking about when we can come back. Thank you for an absolutely fantastic lunch!

Edit 12/28/24: All of us came back again for another outing, and we were lucky enough to sit in Angel's section again. The service, care, and experience was just as good, if not better than last time. This is becoming our new tradition. Thank you for being such a fun part of our day!

Edit 12/28/25: Visiting P.F. Chang's and sitting in Angel's section during our annual shopping trip has become a tradition we look forward to so much. The food, service, and atmosphere are always so wonderful. Thanks again for another wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful meal this afternoon. Me and my wife and my son we had angel as our server and man he did everything right! Great atmosphere and made us feel at home would certainly look to having him as a server in the future.

Pearl was our server She was personable & very attentive. Customer service was 10 out of 10. This was our 1st time here & it will certainly be an eatery we shall come to more often.

Mongolian trio was extremly overcooked. Probably was sitting on the hot plate for few hrs.

Aiden was great dealt with my crazy kids!
