Worst service! We got there and no body helped us for 10 mins, after 10 mins I had to ask someone to help me with my order. It took them another 3 mins for someone to come help us. 13 mins later when we wanted to order they said they ran out of bread. We were there at 7:30 and store closes at 9. This is the second time this place did not have bread. We ended up going to Bristol Panera and service was awesome.

Just visited and again a great experience! There was a small mistake made (the cheese was missing) and the manager went above and beyond to correct such a small mistake. All I wanted was another sandwich with cheese, because it’s so good, and the manager not only very kindly remade my sandwich, but she also gave me a full refund which was completely unnecessary, however it was greatly appreciated. It just takes
an act of kindness to, make someone’s day! And that’s what this manager did! Thank you so much ❤️

Absolutely the worst service and employees!! I went there this past Sunday and ordered a turkey avocado bacon sandwich which I ordered ahead through the app. Picked it up and went back to my job on my already limited time schedule before a 2pm client. Took one bite and had a stack of tomatoes and literally two tiny corner ends of turkey….. pieces of small meat that you would give to a dog. Had to go back and when I showed them and asked them to remake it they had an attitude about it. And then the employee and shift lead or manager talked about it like I wasn’t standing there. I spent over $25 for my total order and expect to get what I pay for. The employees behind the counter were all very loud, using inappropriate language and conversations while they had a lobby full of patrons including children. It seemed that they were just having a good old time back there and not paying attention to the job that they applied to have. I normally don’t write reviews like this but this is the second back experience that I’ve had at this location and you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be the last. I’ve contacted the corporate office in regards to this location. I will not give this place one more penny of my hard earned money. They need to revamp that whole staff that works there. They all have bad attitudes and their customer service is definitely nonexistent.

The people making the sandwiches today at 2pm were on their phone was waiting 15 min after my order was ready because a sandwich maker is was playing on her phone her co workers were visibly agitated by this and even said something. On my lunch break they handed me my stuff and I walked away frustrated because I’m running late and now don’t have time to eat my food! I was in a rush and she had the nerve to be like I can’t believe people just snatch and don’t say thank you. Girl I’m not thankful you made me late by not making a samdwich first before getting on your phone on the clock ! Do better Panera bread

Used to order from this location but they ALWAYS screwed up take out orders. Decided to give them another chance today and my husband’s $18 green goddess salad with extra chicken came with no chicken and half full. It looked like a kid’s salad for $3. Not only have their salads gotten way smaller (much smaller containers), they filled it half way. I’d be so embarrassed to charge a customer $18 for that. I then had to drive back to pick up their 2nd attempt because they had no drivers. This location is awful. Sharing a photo of the 2 salads. The one on the left is the salad they first made and the one on the right is the replacement and what it should have been the first time. I think they try to get away with serving you as little as they can and hope you’ll just eat it. I’ll give credit where credit is due, the manager was pleasant and did comp the salad. Still wasted my lunch hour running back and forth which is unfortunate.

Hard to hear the person sitting right next to me over the EXTREMELY LOUD, personal conversations behind the line counter. The food is always good and I have always enjoyed Panera Bread; it’s just the lack of professionalism I have witnessed a few times that is off putting.

Okay, I love Panera - but this location needs to get it together. I order delivery to my workplace pretty regularly, and at this point I am surprised/relieved if the order is actually correct. They are kind and apologetic when I call to report the errors and usually offer to add rewards to my account or a refund for the missing/incorrect items, but I'm starting to hate calling because it's so often I think they might flag my account for fraud or something! And sometimes, I don't even get the rewards or refund that was promised and have to call yet again. A lot of the time, I just let it go because it's too much of a hassle to keep calling over the same thing. C'mon guys, do better!
*Edit* 3/10/25 - I have to lower my rating even more, because the service has just gone so far downhill. I usually place my orders right after 10AM because it's the only timeframe that I can order both breakfast items as well as soup (soup isn't available to order until 10AM). Usually this isn't an issue, but today there seemed to be a glitch with a breakfast sandwich I wanted, so I called the Cafe at 10:09AM to ask if it was really unavailable or if I could add it to my order over the phone. The girl said I probably couldn't order it because breakfast was ending soon (?? not for another 20+ minutes...) and I could try ordering through Doordash instead, then she told me I was breaking up and she couldn't hear me. So I hung up and tried what she recommended, but when it didn't work I just placed my order in the app without the sandwich and called the Cafe back (at 10:21AM, still before breakfast ended), to see if I could just add it to my order over the phone. She said she could not do that, and that some key in the system wouldn't let her. I asked if there was really nothing she could do, and she just said no. That was it. Not even the slightest attempt to resolve my issue. Has customer service really become so poor that we can't even figure out a way to add a sandwich to an order once it has been placed? I'm sure if I had asked for a manager or pushed the issue, they could have made it happen - but it shouldn't have to come to that. The customer service here is just so disappointing.
