Terrible. Horrible. Saw bugs in the pretzels and I had asked for fresh pretzels and they gave me old ones probably from a day or two ago. They rushed me after receiving them and I wanted to get fresh ones. The worker was extremely rude to me. I rather go to auntie Anne’s. Do not come here to either of those locations.

Super rude staff, the older staff were rude to the younger staff and pushed them out of the way physically to complete the order. Was extremely rude and the pretzels were burnt.

Had a mango smoothie that instantly had my stomach in severe pain . I ended up having to leave the mall due to the severe cramping it wasn’t until I threw it all up that I started feeling better. Not sure if the equipment isn’t cleaned or what’s going on but do not recommend.

Just great soft pretzels. The regular cup is a perfect in the go snack while out shopping. The salted with a side of cheese is my wife’s favorite. Me personally, the cinnamon sugar is the way to go. Either way, you can’t go wrong.

Stopped by here on our way out of the mall. Food is overpriced, and the mini hotdogs had raw dough. Told the employees and didn’t get a refund, just got more mini hotdogs.

A place that charges you for rudeness

That place always ruins my mood! Rude, grumpy indian staff who toss your change at you. And the bread? Dry and awful.
Even one star is too generous. If you guys want to run a business, at least learn to treat your customers like human beings!!
I hope they go out of business soon and a better place takes over!

The lady serving us had a horrible attitude like she didn't want to serve us. The pretzels were very stale. She didn't want to serve us the lemonades and only offered the fountain drinks.
Never again will I go there.

Stop advertising the mozzarella stuffed pretzels when you clearly don’t carry them
