This place make Mrs Lourdes happy, and that's really all that matters- specifically I thought this particular spot was good vibes and friendly staff with speedy service even with a decent number of customers waiting

The barista was very kind in recommending the Sugar Plum Danish and even offered to switch it out if I didn't like it. Everything came quickly and at the appropriate temperature.

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, the Indian girl behind the counter felt the need to audibly sigh as loud as possible everytime I added something to the order, and after every item she said "ok you're all set can I have a name for the order?" as if she was telling me I was done ordering rather than asking. She acted like I had some giant order. I almost walked out, honestly wish I did. I see other people in reviews complaining about her too, hopefully she doesn't last much longer.

The new seating situation in this store after the summer 2024 remodel seems completely out of touch with how this location is typically used, at least on weekday afternoons. It's usually full of students and working professionals, some in small groups and others sitting independently. There appear to be far fewer chairs than before, there's a weird enormous table in the middle, and certainly not enough surfaces for the number of laptops in use. I hope they bring in a few more small tables and chairs.

Indian girl is so rude on Wednesday April 24, early afternoon. Messed up my drink, after I was clear what I wanted, and then rolled her eyes at me when I said what I had asked for wasn’t this. Took it out my hand with an attitude too.

It's Starbucks. Lots of seating. A few folks with laptops and some students. Coffee is good. Food is OK, mostly pre-packaged. Service is a bit (excuse the term) clueless. Servers need training as they do not seem to understand basic terms like 'dairy free.' This can make ordering a bit frustrating. However, servers here are usually nice. One major fault in atmosphere is tables had clearly not been wiped down in some time every time I have been here. Better food and more training could make this a far better place to stop for coffee or for lunch.

Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, be careful. Servers did not seem to know or understand how to read ingredient lists.
