The new seating situation in this store after the summer 2024 remodel seems completely out of touch with how this location is typically used, at least on weekday afternoons. It's usually full of students and working professionals, some in small groups and others sitting independently. There appear to be far fewer chairs than before, there's a weird enormous table in the middle, and certainly not enough surfaces for the number of laptops in use. I hope they bring in a...
It's Starbucks. Lots of seating. A few folks with laptops and some students. Coffee is good. Food is OK, mostly pre-packaged. Service is a bit (excuse the term) clueless. Servers need training as they do not seem to understand basic terms like 'dairy free.' This can make ordering a bit frustrating. However, servers here are usually nice. One major fault in atmosphere is tables had clearly not been wiped down in some time every time I have been here. Better food...
