Absolutely disgusting! bread was stale, sloppy and thrown together, and the veggies taste like someone cut them without gloves. Literally tasted like perfume/lotion. Overall grossed me out. Never again 👎

This subway is the worst. The new workers need to be retrained and bad customer service. The old ones have poor customer service too. They have full on conversations while taking your order, don’t pay attention and make the food sloppy. There’s not one time I went here and wasn’t disappointed. The management needs to do something about it. The girl worker made my sandwich so sloppy. It was the worst one I’ve had ever.

The girls that work here are always on the phone while making sandwiches. Always are rude. And some how never give the mall employee benefits. Michael is great and the other men that work there but the women legit just have phone calls and ignore you.

This subway has recently been under new management and all I can say is WOW what a big change to the place.. so much cleaner and much much friendlier staff! Will definitely be coming back!

The employee Trey crumpled up all of the mobile order receipts and threw them away and said “Now it’s like they didn’t even come”. We work in the mall and there have been times where we placed mobile orders and they said they didn’t have them, I’m glad we know the reason why now. I’ve heard many other complaints from mall employees about him, working in the mall there aren’t many food choices so this should be taken seriously.
